Publix Super Market at Pleasant Hill Commons, Kissimmee FL

Current store manager is clueless. Been telling personal for almost 10 years to order more Sundrop. There always advertisements for buy two get two yet they never have enough in stock. Since speaking with the current store manager he assurred me that would not be a problem from here on. So for the month they went from not having enough in stock, to not carrying it at all. What an Ass.
Some people have positions they have no business having.
Store 1179 Manager is one.
Put this man as a bagger.

Have to wait 30 minutes for 8 pieces fry chicken and when I get home the chicken was raw still. Very often the waiting situation for the food.

From all the stores I've been this is really mediocre.
They have the most stupid policy to buy bottled water. I'm rethinking buying there ever again.

I love Publix, it's typically a pleasant experience but the location at pleasant hill and 17-92 is far from pleasant. I have ordered many items that were not in stock and have yet to receive one. Do not offer a service you can not give to your consumer properly. I also tried to purchase an item that does not come in any other size or quantity with a coupon but because the fine print from a computer download was not clearly legible I was denied. I am fine with that because it may be policie but management was quick to brush me off and not find an alternate solution, again I love Publix but this location needs improvement.

Great staff and good fresh produce. Shop on Thursday with sale items and Bogos and prices are much better.

Fruits are always fresh and never skip on the rainier cherries as they are the best (depending on the season)

Clean store, wheelchair accessible. Some of the staff isn't friendly, but they have some that are professional and courteous. Always busy, so limited parking. Disabled have the hardest time, because closer parking may not be available because permitted disabled parking is in use, and closer non-permit parking is also in use. Plus, some people park where they shouldn't and use someone else's parking placard or vehicle with disabled license plate.

Its publix what's more to say, fresh food and decent prices, don't be bothered with the jaded comments nth at provide no useful information about "poor service" management is very attentive with unsatisfactory claims. I live across the street and regularly visit and have never had an issue that wasn't taken care of.

Publix always makes grocery shopping a pleasure, with their helpful and friendly staff, their variety of fresh fruits and vegetables, and their great BOGO sales.

The staff was very nice and helpful.the cashier helped me get a second item free. I bought an item but I didn't know it was a buy one get one free item.
