Publix Super Market at Ocean Park Pavilion, Panama City Beach FL

Love it here. Always friendly but can be busy when the beach is in season (because it’s so close to pier park). Still a great spot to shop and get some free deli meat samples while you’re at it!

It's Publix, 10 choices, friendly and polite service. The only Deli that beats a Publix deli is another Publix deli.

I only go in there once a year to get my prime rib roast fir 6.99 lb. I always enjoyed their meat products

Expensive and they only had one register open and the line was very long. Felt bad for the girl checking us out. She said they are very under staffed.

I work for Hallmark, and Publix is one of the stores I service. But as a customer, they have their pricey prices on certain things but they always have good Bogo Sales. Their deli has good lunches. Their fruit dishes they make up ate a terrific price. Yummy

Good publix had the cheese I like but more than twice I've had people bag my chips just slinging them around. Like could you be a little more gentle I just paid $8 for those chips.

This was the worst Publix I’ve visited in my life. I usually respect this store very much but the management seems awful. If you ask for help the store employees will forget about you so don’t expect customer service. You’re better going to Winn-Dixie across the street or Walmart where the prices are actually cheaper. I also stepped on glass and got a chunk of it stuck in my shoe and deformed the sole while I was walking through the bread isle. I went immediately to the service counter and nobody actually apologized. Just received a pathetic call from management as well that did not take this matter seriously and made it out to seem like I was lying. They wanted me to come and inspect my shoe! I’m glad it was me that stepped on the glass and not any children or elderly person who could have been permanently damaged by the lack of safety and negligence that this store has. Worst customer service I’ve ever encountered!

Not only do they have a full range of groceries and prepared meals to go, there is a wide assortment of beach necessities for sale out front as well.

Friendly and helpful staff. Clean store. Easy to get to from our location. The peaches we bought here were huge and fresh and importantly tasty.

Purchased a lot of produce from here; the watermelons were $9 and bad on the inside. Had to throw the entire thing out. Very disappointed.
