Publix Super Market at Boynton Plaza, Boynton Beach FL

Went to get some flowers to find out that they had no longer sell the single roses. I thankfully was helped by a young gentleman. He helped me out in seconds with what I needed. Shout to the young blond guy in the floral department.

When you order online and schedule pick up, you enter the parking lot and often before you even park you can spot the grocery clerk already waiting outside with your groceries. There's ZERO WAIT TIME and usually SAME DAY PICK UP! The app is super advanced too. You can even rate the quality of each item they chose for you! Yes you might spend more on groceries than in Walmart, but one thing is clear - the quality is unbeatable! Great job Publix!

Horrible, they force you to wear a mask even though the mask will not stop anything but stop my breathing. Horrible staff

I don’t understand the point of ordering online for a wrap or sub if every time you come in it is never ready on the promised time and still have to wait for it to be made.also why when you come at 6 pm for a rotisserie chicken they are always sold old? The deli needs to get it together

Marisol is an absolute sweetheart, awesome service and super friendly. I couldn’t find anywhere on the website to give her a high rating but I sincerely hope that management sees this. She made my day 100% better.

I am very disappointed with both the bakery manager & the store manager who were working on May 30th, around 3: 30-4. I had ordered a two tier cake for my daughter’s graduation, one week in advance. Once I picked up the cake and got home, I opened the cake & it was completely wrong & looked like a 9 year olds work. I was charged $86 & it was horrible, I have a picture of the cake as well (the cake was blue & green) when I clearly asked for a white and gold one. As soon as I saw the cake I called the store & the bakery manager & she answered & said to “keep the cake, & there could be nothing done with the cake. They were too busy that day & that’s why they messed up my cake. ” She then transferred me to the store manager & all he did was give me excuses on how they were too busy making other cakes & that they didn’t have anything similar to the one I ordered. My order was written down in front of me confirming exactly how I wanted the cake, for them to mess it up in such a way. They acted as if they didn’t care & that the order or money that I paid for the cake wasn’t important enough for them to do a better job.

Great shopping as usual. Friendly atmosphere, knowledgeable and very helpful workers. Wonderful displays.

Always clean, everyone is helpful. I recommend ordering your cold cuts on line before going. Lots of parking. Just a nice store. I've been going there at least 15 years.

I have been shopping at Publix for over 10 years and have found the staff to be generally friendly and helpful. The isles are wide and clean and the produce fresh. The Deli section gets swamped sometimes and the folks behind the counter do the best they can to accommodate everyone. I have also seen customers walk up the the Deli counter with an attitude. I am reminded of the old saying; "You reap what you sow. "

Publix is wonderful grocery chain. Any store I have in this city is great in all facets of grocery store.

Very disappointed in the service. My family and I had gone there this week for my Dads 75th Birthday, he was not offered a dessert. We also didn't receive our drinks we ordered, also a few problems with food delivery being incomplete.
Our server was not attentive to a party of ten, perhaps they should 2 people for larger parties.

It was suppose to be 10min thing ends up being a 1hr wait, for my sub to be made in front of me!

Terrible Service in the Deli. We ordered 2 subs online to be picked up at 10: 45 am and we got there at 11: 15am to pick them up and they were still not ready. The woman who was supposed to be making our subs started marking a different order and completely ignored the fact that our subs were supposed to be ready 30 minutes prior.

Very clean store. Very hpful and courteous help and if food has spoiled you can always return it. Satisfaction guarnteed. Ilike Publix!

I always enjoy shopping at this Publix everyone is friendly and helpful I'm glad they've decided not to do those donations any longer I really didn't want to not shop it surely is a pleasure shopping at Publix

The people are rude. There’s been multiple bad experiences I’ve had in the store usually with the cashiers who say nothing and disregard you. Today it was the woman making the snacks in the produce section, I politely asked where I could find cards and she laughed in my face and pointed to the hallmark section. As I haven’t been in this store often I was unaware. Tired of the rude employees here.

Great store. Its clean, neat and very well organized. The check out lines are short and very fast service at the counter so no delays at all.
