Publix Super Market at Sawgrass Square, Sunrise FL

The women at the sub counter was very rude. They move very slow. And they don't say you're welcome.

This location is clean and organized with ample parking. Staff is always available and courteous.no complaints here. I have not visited the pharmacy or customer service desk but I'd imagine they are run in the same efficient manner.

I would like to give props to the best deli clerk the store has, Miss Marsha. She is always friendly & helpful, always have a smile on her face & gives excellent customer service. You guys have a Superstar right here.

Great family service walk in the door and they ask you how your day's going nice big aisles good selection of foods prepared food could ask for better.

Prompt service at the pharmacy. Although we were given a 30 minute wait, it took a little over 10 mins. Tom is GREAT!

Everthing is easy to find.just read the aisle labels. You don't really need much help but it is appreciated from all publix workers who are hard working and good at what they do.

I usually shop at another Publix a few miles away but was in the area and figured why not. Let me start by saying this review is specifically directed at two members of staff at the customer service desk. After shopping I usually buy a few scratch cards and check lotto tickets etc. After making my purchase of scratch cards the rep who sold me the cards turned to the other rep serving others asking if she would ever spend that much money (specifically referring to the amount I spent) and saying how much of a waste it is and blah blah blah (I didn't stick around for the entire conversation as kids were fussing). I find this highly unprofessional. What I do with my money is my business and if you're working somewhere that I'm spending money you should have enough sense to know that it's the customers money why you have a job to begin with. I'm not usually a fussy person but this really rubbed me the wrong way as the discussion was essentially right in front of me and many others. I'm sure many people do the same but at least have the common courtesy to do so quietly.
I will continue to shop at my usual publix (Nob Hill & Cleary) where my money is appreciated.

Always a great shopping experience, never had a problem. Staff is friendly and pleasant.
A hurricane is upon us and we all need to stock up on food and water for our families.
The line for water is very long as you can see in the photo.

I have had food poisoning! I just realized it was expired the product and this is why I felt really bad all day!
Tomorrow I will call the health department and I am going to take a visit and have nice talk with the store manager.looks like he/ she don’t know his / her responsibilities

Well run store. Store Manager is always on the floor assisting customers. Meat, Deli and Bakery are outstanding!

I erroneuosly wrote this review a little while back: I came to pick up a sandwich for the first time ever. First publix sandwich was completely burnt all over. The bag was burnt and the bread was hard becuase of the black burntness fo the whole thing. I wish I could get a refund. -: What didn't know was that was the pickip section and someone never got their sub and it was there all day and I just took it. Publix sandwiches are good dont bang on them. It took something that was bad.

Good, unfortunately I'm not sure which store this is. If it's the Sawgrass location, I was impressed with the service. Great store.

Worst stocked Publix in West Broward. They consistently run out of sale items by early mid day (normally) and produce employees are some of the rudest I've ever had the misfortune to encounter. Managers will walk right past you without even acknowledging you. I am rating it 2 stars because the ladies in customer service are professional and very friendly. I hope someone at their Lakeland corporate office reads these reviews and brings this review to this store's managers.

Overall great employees in that store.

Everytime we have made an online order it has never been ready on time. Poor customer service and the deli staff/prepared food staff always moves slow. Disappointed.
