Publix Super Market at Hialeah Mercado

Came in at a bit before 7: 30.and there’s no more bread: (<3 was really looking forward to eating a sub tonight! You broke my heart Publix! On Valentine’s Day too!

Deli workers did a great job at dealing with a difficult customer who got mad because she had to wait a little more in line, demanding the employee to ask her or tell her she was going to take the person who was obviously next in line, as a 'courtesy'. The lady yelled at the employee and the employee accepted it as a "suggestion" or advice, ytying to show empathy. People get desperate and impatient in this city, causing them to lose manners and politeness.

Gran trabajo de las trabajadoras del Deli. No pelean con los clientes aunque se pongan injustificadamente difíciles e impacientes.

Very good location in Hialeah, the store is close to many major grocery stores, I love shopping here roomy aisles and great selection of products, large selection of beer and meat section has premium meat. Deli and pharmacy is available. Staff will be knowledgeable about the store

Can't go get soup after 5pm. If you get there and it's done they tell you theyre not making anymore.

Not only does the parking lot look like a hurricane just struck it you can never find a cart away the door at this Publix. If you forget to fetch one on the way in you are screwed or stuck going back out to get one. Poor Mr. Jenkins who be rolling around in his grave if he saw the look of this store or even encountered the customer service here, or I should say lack there of it.

I love this Publix, my dentist office is right in the same shopping plaza and I ALWAYS have to stop into this Publix just because. Nice, big, and clean with a friendly atmosphere. The cleanest and biggest Publix I've been to. The sushi is ALWAYS fresh!

I visited the bakery department on this store and the person that was helping me was nice and very helpful. I bought everything that I needed for my daughter's birthday.

Everything is well organized except the produce dept was not looking that fresh and over priced.the employees seem to be seniors well into their age, looking like they are abusing the elderly. Publix name is small and I didn't know SABoR was big letters and not publix

About the store is very organized and clean.

I came here for one thing.to buy soup from the deli.all of the soups where ice cold.the employee forgot to turn them on. I asked do you think they have gone bad.since warmed up and coled down soup goes bad quick. I told her I don't want a stomach aeche and vomiting.she said its good and that it was put out 20 minutes ago.this is extreme neglecance by thier part partand nothing was done to help me the customer resolve the issue.no happy with this location
