Publix Super Market at Heather Island Plaza, Ocala FL

They have always gone above and beyond in hospitality and whether I go in person or order online they nail it everytime with consistancy. Produce is always top quality fresh and very rare for them to not have what your looking for.

Thank you publix for allowing me to run out of needles.
I'm a diabetic, have been for 2 years. Been GOINGA TO PUBLIX for 2 years to buy my needles, today they decided to not sell them to me because I dont have a active insulin prescription, of i dont because I dont have one because i dont have insurance, so I get off brand insulin at Walmart, instead of publix because it's almost 200 dollars. I HAVE been buying my needles at publix because its the cheapest. So thanks yall! Thanks for a good switch up!

Great publix, I just have a minor complaint about 10 items or less lines allowing people with 40 items or more to go on that line. I can understand customer service and I'm not saying strictly over 10 but when it's obviously going to take a while the cashier should forward them to another line. I know, triggered.

Always bright, clean. Employees always friendly and helpful. Fresh fruit and veggies ALWAYS fresh.

Publix employees are very helpful. They help load your car with your groceries and refuse to take a tip, no matter how u persuade them to.
They have a great bakery and fruits. They r a little pricey.

The employees at my Publix are always going an extra mile for me or anyone. I only buy my food from here due to the quality of foods and services I get. Highly recommend this store over any other's out there!

Bought a family chicken dinner, and our box gave out in our driveway, dumping the chicken everywhere. But Andrew in the Deli was a great guy, and made sure everything was solved and had genuine empathy. Publix is a great store, and this one shows why.

Much nicer store than wal-mart across the street, competetive prices and more than 1 cashier per 30,000 people

Food is good and shown for top dollar. However it is about 1.5 times higher price than Winn Dixie and they are at least a dollar more than Walmart

It would have got five stars but they made me wait a few minutes before they waited on me and there was no-one in front of me good otherwise so get 4 stars

I love this location! All Publix Supermarkets are great but this location never fails me! It always has what I'm looking for and it is not swamped with cars in the parking lot. It's almost like a hidden gem!

It's a bit pricey but a careful shopper can find some good deals. The produce is hard to beat at any price, and the Greenwise sprouted whole wheat bread is a great value and tastes good too!
