Waited an hour for the deli, I was only third in line.finally got to the counter and I asked for a sub from the menu. The employee spent five minutes not understanding what the sub was and had to call the manager over. The manager then told the employee to have another employee go to the deli to get the tofu. After waiting in line I’m very aggravated at this point that the deli manager is 1. No help and 2. I now have to wait for someone to retrieve tofu to then prepare it for my sub. NEXT my sister orders a lemon sage turkey sub and we go through the same ordeal. Then the deli attendant proceeds to tell us that these are all new menu items and they don’t have them. I go on to explain that they’ve had the tofu on their menu for months so she begins to argue with us and tells us to talk to her manager. The manager comes back over and explains to the attendant that in fact they do have the turkey and where to find it. I go on to say that it’s frustrating to wait in line for an hour and argue with staff about the menu because the aren’t trained properly or they are out of products. The manager begins to ARGUE (let me emphasize that the ENTIRE time the deli manager was loud and argumentative and in NO WAY was helpful or reassuring) that the do in fact have tofu (ignoring that I’ve waited in line for an hour and the time it would take to make my sub now from scratch) not to mention she explained to me that “a lot of her employees don’t even know what tofu is” this statement is by far the most disturbing aspect of my experience. I would venture to guess that Employees that are not knowledgeable of their own menu items also lack knowledge in food health and safety standards as well as allergen and dietary restrictions. THIS SCARES ME FOR A STATEWIDE GROCER.

If you can avoid coming to this Publix, do it! It's a waste of time. They always have only 1 or 2 registers open. It takes longer to pay than buy all you may need.

It was late Christmas Eve and public was getting ready to close and they took care of all my needs without no problem.

I went there one night with a friend to get something quickly.

On this visit, I got a ready made salad, tissue, and juice. I found all the products, and even bramds I was looking for easily. The one thing I didn't, was an AT&T prepaid card in the right amount.

Still, the whole experience was fairly quick, considering how much traffic that store gets. We were even able to find a good parking space, and its free of charge.

I highly recommend this Publix.

Long and 3 closed checkout lanes on a Friday night when everyone goes out to do their grocery shopping. People waiting in line for 20 minutes. Asked the Manager to open the 3 checkout lane.her reply was "let me see if any of the people coming into the shift can open the closed one". It never happened! First and last time at this Publix! Manager needs to get out and check the the customers needs.

No matter at what time you visit this store, what season of the year it is. They will always be understaffed in every single department (Ex. +20 deli, +20 cashier line) if you are not in a hurry, then fine otherwise, skip it.

Dear manager; mariquitas and plantain strips ARE NOT the same. Mariquitas are cut crosswise and strips are lengthwise. I saw a BOGO promotion about plantain chips, but it said strips. So I took the strips. They were not on sale, mariquitas were on sale. The cashier offered to change the products but there was a line so I paid for both packets and left. Please be specific about which product is on sale. Four stars for parking, clean aisles and friendly staff.
