Publix Super Market at Avalon, Orlando FL

I am only a visitor to Orlando but I have been coming to this Publix for years. Their fresh baked breads can't be beat. There is always a great variety to choose from. The staff is very friendly and nice.

Just a regular visit to my closest Publix in Avalon park, staff is friendly very welcoming. It was easy in and out no complaints.

Today was a bad day with publix messy worker being rude just not happy today seems like the worker was trying to provoke customers today. Normally a great store bit this worker really was not treating customers well. UGH!

Store manager Ted was very rude and basically was calling me a liar bc I was informing of behavior I witnessed in his store pertaining to Covid-19!

Even though this is one of the smaller Publix I've been to it's always a pleasant experience and on my last trip I was in and out fairly quickly and they did have what I was looking for in stock

Today my daughter the 8 year old was mistreated by her name associate "Linda" about 4: pm today, she told her not to touch anything if he wasn't going to buy. I hope someone managers sees this and puts it in its place, since it is not the first time.

This Publix has always been clean and the employees seem to enjoy working there which comes across in positive vibes for the customer!

Bought juice for buy one, get one. Was charge the full price, no one said I would be charged the regular price. I had to call the store to talk with a manager who made it good.

Poor customer service From registers, customer service, Deli personal just saying got it get your staff together and is not the first time it happens they are rude to me at this store.

My favorite Publix! The staff is always very helpful and knowledge, everything is consistently clean and stocked and the produce is gorgeous. Unlike other Publix, Avalon Park seems to be under excellent management.

Prices are pretty high comparing to Walmart Neighborhood Supermarket but I like their selection of organic foods.

Lordes from the deli is the most helpful gentle employee I have encountered in any publix, she always has a smile. Makes me feel like part of the family. She should be recognized for her hard work dedication and values to publix.

My 5 year old daughter needed to use the bathroom just as they were locking up, but the manager was kind enough to let us use the facilities in spite of the inconvenience.

Employees are always friendly here, everything is always well-stocked, produce usually looks great, and you usually wait less than 5 minutes to check out. Always pleased by the shopping experience here, and I love the convenient location.

Service is usually good. However their meat department is consistently, woefully under stocked even on Thursdays, the day their sales start. Several emails to the store and corporate have yielded no results.

Top notch, every time. As a long time southerner, Publix is a wonderful staple along the grocery store market. This location represents the slogan "where shopping is a pleasure", from the staff to the cleanliness.

Every chain has some less enjoyable locations compared to others, but this location isn't one of them.

I like this publix, it's easy in and easy out. Parking is always easy as well. Staff is friendly.

The 2 ladies working cakes on 12/3 at 10am where great! There was a mix up with our cup cake order and they found a great solution! Thanks!

Great store. Very pleased at how they stay stocked consistently, even befire and after a hurricane! Offer a free cookie to kids which a bonus to help avoid tantrums. Prices are generally competitive.
