Publix Super Market at Coral Shores, Cape Coral FL

We moved to Matlacha from Naples and we love it here. People are so friendly. I actually had conversations with two very nice ladies that were shopping. I am still trying to get familiar with the store but getting better each time I visit.

Shelves were stacked full of all items. I had gone to get a birthday gift for my daughter-in-law. I got an orchid and when I got to the cashier she told me they were buy one get one. I didn't want to go all the way back to where they were. The cashier went and got one for me. Excellent service.

Publix is where shopping us a pleasure. Had an opportunity to visit the new store at Babcock Ranch this past week. Can only say WOW!
The Babcock store is brand new, but I love my stores in the Cape. I always feel incredibly welcome and have made some great Publix friends.

Always good friendly service. Come from out of state to get hard to find products and the fried chicken. Love publix

I have grown to love this store since moving to Florida. The huge selection of items in every department, friendliness of the staff, cleanliness and organization of the entire place.

Cheryl from the deli is so rude and unwelcoming you can just tell she hates her job and has no respect for customers.

I currently work at a hospital 12 hour shifts in the night time and it’s always hectic and always leave me starving ready to eat, and I cannot explain the convenience and care they continually give, even in the am! Ordered a Publix chicken tender sub at 7 am like a weirdo, and when I took my first bite it was EVERYTHING, I believe it might be one of the best subs I’ve had EVER. Not to mention the staff and cleanliness and organization of the store has been CONSISTENT & EXCELLENT! Many thanks this store for saving me from last minute grocery items to grabbing a dinner meal at 7 am (: you guys rock!

Clean, great customer service, restrooms in rear of building once you enter, weekly buy one - get one free offerings, water jug refill machines inside, bakery with fresh cakes / pastries / breads, periodic free product samplings, well stocked produce department, and a delicious deli with subs / hot deli meals.
No in-store salad bar option at this location as of August 2023. Helpful and friendly staff.

Came in the other night to get a sub. The person before me got a sub with marinara sauce and cheese with meet balls. After they were done I was up next. This guy who was doing my order DIDNT EVEN CLEAN UP HIS STATION! Only wiped off the knife with paper towel.
Absolutely disgusting. Then while in the process of doing my sub he kept playing with the Sause and cheese that was on the counter. Like instead of playing with it clean it up. Then after he was messing with it he didn't even wipe it off and cut my sub. I think you guys really need to train your employees to clean after every thing because of cross contamination. That's so disgusting

Grocery store, where there are very often offers, buy 2, get 3, unthinkable in profit-oriented Germany, the purchase is also wrapped up. Cashier and packing staff is super friendly.

Great staff. Clean, good variety; produce has gotten better since grand opening. Staff is hitting their stride.

I bought bad expired rancid smelling beef from Publix three times now, the first time I figured well that happens sometimes the quality at Publix has gone down the tubes they become an overpriced Walmart

Young woman manger with long brown hair that was working this morning Wednesday 7/19 around 8am was extremely rude! I’ve worked in hospitality as a general manger for 10 years. And I will say that was by far the worst experience I’ve ever had at any Publix. I rarely ever write reviews especially bad ones but I feel someone really needs to talk to her if they want her on the registers in front of guests. We all have bad days and I completely get that but it’s no reason to roll your eyes and talk poorly to customers who are just asking for help!

Super nice young ladies and women work in the bakery, but I ordered a cake and specifically said the top of the cake be covered ALL in different colores flowers and I guess I should have made the young women write more down. But she wrote assorted colored flowers on the paper and thats it. So I go to pick up the cake and…well, you know when your a child and you mix all the colors of ur paint all into one and paint with it and it kind of looks like a mix of poo and ugly browns and greens, the cake maker read “assorted flowers” as mix all the colors together and make that two flowers then one yellow flower? I was a little confused and didnt mind to pay the quite expensive upcharge to cover a 8 inch cake top with flowers (2$ extra a flower approx 16 extra dollars) but the cake was already ruined with the mixed brown flowers with glitter. I felt so bad rejecting the cake but theres no way I would serve that to my guests unless it was a joke. 8/10 for niceness 0/10 for clear instructions.

This Publix supermarket overall was good but there wasn’t any no Bengals balloons, but Rams balloons was in Publix Hahahahahahah.

I used to love this publix. Recently, their deli has gone downhill. I'm beginning to think I may have to go back to Walmart. With service this horrible why pay the publix prices.

Just had a spinach wrap. Spinach burrito loose as can be was what I got. Deli quality has gone done tremendously. Wouldn't recommend.
