11I come here often and always find what I need and then some. I typically go when they open, and I rarely have to wait in line so I'm able to get in and out. Store is always clean, the employees are always friendly and ready to help. I typically don't order from the deli but usually there is a line if I've gone later in the day. I've used the pharmacy as well and have no issues there as well.
Visiting and shopping at Publix is always a nice experience.
Their products are good quality and you can find a lot of products you can't find in other stores.
The deli workers could care less about being efficient and helping customers. I ordered online and got there at the time I was suppose to pick up, it wasn’t ready so I waited an additional 20min bc I figured they might be busy and nothing so I went up to the worker and said I had an online order and she dug through maybe 20 other orders coming out the receipt machine to find it and then made it. She was nice but I couldn’t imagine working with people who just ignore their jobs.
The WORST cashier in Publix is LOURDES S, She had an attitude with me for no reason and she also charge me twice the same item the worst experience ever.
Went on the website to order wings for an event. The website advised the order had to be placed 24 hours in advance so this would not have been ready by the time I needed it. I simply called the store they happily took my order and it was ready for the time I needed. When I picked up the order I was greeted warmly by all the employees I interacted with and it was an enjoyable experience!
