My favorite neighborhood Publix is Galleria, especially lovely Jackie at customer service always serving in excellence! Jackie is Professional, knowledgeable & always sweetly smiles in kindness. Update 12/07/2023: I saw much improvement since I last wrote this. I had the pleasure of dealing with Ella in the deli who was the most patient and nicest when making my sub. Others can learn from her by example. I'm back to being a happy customer.

The deli sandwich station is usually very messy and the deli staff is short-staffed, short-tempered, rude and unprofessional. They just slap the sandwich together with no love whatsoever. Where's the love? They should learn a thing or two from the other successful departments. The other departments are excellent, like the meat and seafood department. How are the other departments able to hit 5 stars and the deli hit so low? How do the delis at other Publix stores do so well? Do better. Start with a better attitude. I think there are tons of people looking for work that would be happy to have a job and do it with a smile!

Pharmacy purchase. For item not available at my regular publix pharmacy on Sunrise at NE 15 ave

I’ve been to this location fairly often and the only negative thing I can say is that the meat quality and availability is not always the best.

They don't let my dog ​​in, whether I bring him in my hands or in their car.my support dog is unfair.

Hard to go into a new store when you don't know where anything is, but it sure was convenient

We had bought fishing bait here all summer but I went to get it last week and they no longer sell it at this location.

Place was clean and the people were very friendly. The only drawback is a buy one get one, you can not buy one and get it for half price.

Very nice Publix a little smaller than most but it's clean and the employees are friendly.

Water refill station NEVER works. Three past occasions ive come here to refill and it's this. It's so tiresome

Be sure to check your chicken tenders. On October 20th I grabbed a bag of tenders from the hot section because the deli line was long. Big mistake, I guess. Needless to say, it's 5 days later and I am still suffering from the effects of food poisoning. I posted this to Facebook and someone from another County also expressed how deathly ill he was from a Publix chicken tender he had eaten within the week. This is concerning considering the distance between these locations.

No bagger with the exception of one island girl with her arm in a sling. All she did was look at us and grinned while we placed light cartons in the bag.

7: 35 am at the deli a lady told me that she couldn't make me a sub sandwich because was too early not good last time I step a foot there

Ample parking at this neighborhood sized store. Clean and very good layout. Bakery well stocked. Dairy was also well stocked.produce was limited by size of layout. Meats and deli counter alsonwell stocked.some employees were friendly other smirked when I said goodmorning. Some people. Check out counters were self checkout. With only 2 employees working check out llanes with 4 to 5 deep customers waiting
