Publix Super Market at North Miami

I think this location is severely understaffed and lacks the pep and motivation to bring the cheer/joy of the goal to make shopping a pleasure. I also think management can do more to engage not only its team; but also patrons. The deli area altogether needs attention as well.

I am putting 5 star just because today Missis Carmen on Dely Food, show me really good services. All your employers should be like that!

Lady at the deli had a nasty attitude and the cashier at the front desk saw a guy sjip in line and still took hi's order first!

Considering a Vegan diet and nothing readily available. Some fruits and produce available but nothing looked fresh.

Do not trust publix delivery they take your money and dont deliver it happen to me. I called 3 times to corporate said they would send me an email in 24 hr. 3days later no email. Ok other roads to take. Shopping at publix sure is a pleasure.

Had an expired medicine on stock that was expired March 2017 and I bought it in November. No wonder it wasn’t working as strong as usually does thank God I kept my receipt and ready to get my money back! Pay attention and read the dates

Customer Service and staff are very nice. The deli is just super slooooowww OMG. Also the deli never have the spinach chicken artichoke pizza.why?

No issues finding what I needed but the produce aisle was void of meat selection most likely due to hurricane Irma. Staff seemed friendly enough.

I go every day to buy the lunch but the bad thinks is they always put fries food and that isn't healthy. They have to make healthy food

The customer service in the bakery was awesome. The lady named Dede was great. N young lady at the checkout was so sweet n helpful. Can't remember her name though.
