Very easy to find the items from each department and the Customer Service staff are always friendly and professional!

Takes 30 minutes plus to get a sub at deli. Workers standing around, inconsiderate customers. The best of Miami right here. Thumbs down

Check your receipts! This store will advertise a sale price you get home check your receipt and you were overcharged! Publix has always been a rip off with over charging but this is a new low. Store didn’t make it right besides a return.

In the Deli for Make subs and salad always you need to wait so long the people in the Deli working so slow. Is different and another Publix.

It's always a pleasure to shop at Publix. The customer service is impeccable. Fresh fruit and produce all the time. I love publix. Not to mention they actually sell fresh conch at this one since it's near the keys. (Update) However, today i visited Publix 2/13/3019 and the bald guy in the meat department attitude sucks. I always get my steaks cut in half because sometimes there just to thick for me. He stated it wasn't possible. I replied i always get them done well i can't grip the steak mind you they were thicker than two snickers stuck together. It really sucks when you encounter employees with a bad Attitude.

Clean, not too crowded and the employees were nice and helpful. I only gave 3 stars because it closes, being that it's the only grocery store by the hospital, it should stay open 24hrs.

Ordered from the deli for pickup and again it was not there and the deli people just didn't seem to care

I like to buy at Publix, everything is fresh specially the French bread is delicious and the place is very clean.

Shakina is very unprofessional and needs to be fired immediately. Never going back to this Publix. I'm sticking to walmart.

I love this location! They are always so gracious and always willing to help. Not to mention the people over at the Deli make awesome sandwiches! Also I need flowers for an event I was having and the guy was very courteous to help reserve some baby breaths for me. Thank you alot guys. Your service does not go unappreciated.

Always busy, nice shopper's and employees. There's always an available scooter for those needing a little extra help to get around.

Need better selection of the sushi bowls/ poke bowls. Ive seen them all over miami dade area. But homestead has failed to bring them out. No cock fir them.
