Publix Super Market at Ovation, Davenport FL

Ive shopped at this location for 5 years and they always have amazing produce. Today i took my 8month old to the store for the first time due to Covid and Charles in produce gave him a banana to enjoy. He loved it! Thanks for making his experience wonderful:)

The employees and managers are kind, respectful, and helpful. The store is always clean and well stocked. It's a pleasure going there.

We came here for the last day supply an almost a week vacation, very organized. We checked out in no time.

Pretty good selection for the local supermarket. A little expensive for some items but overall not a bad deal.

Bought pineapple chunks. They put ripe on top of container and unripe, completely inedible chunks on the bottom. Had to throw away half of the container.

I shop here at lease 2-3 a week and the deli is the worst aspect of this store the wait time is always long they seemed understaffed they stop preparing certain food items 3 hours prior to the store closing which makes no sense when people get off at that time and may want to grab something to eat. Again all other aspects of the store are great I just know whenever I'm going to the deli I'm will be dissatisfied.

This is the second time I have had to ask the person behind the fish counter to put there mask over there nose before getting the fish out of the case. I saw multiple managers with masks below their nose, so no hope that they will be enforcing The mask policy. Additionally the person who checked me out had on a tie mask and the bottom string was just completely untied. If you want a safe environment do not show at this Publix. It has been my home Publix for 4 year so I am sad to say it will be awhile before I return.

The shelves are almost fully stocked again, the cashiers the baggers and all other employees are always very helpful and courteous!

Store is clean with an easy shopping layout. The staff are friendly and knowledgeable. Lots of deals throughout the store every week. However I am only giving a three star rating because every time I shop here I see store employees mis-wearing their face masks with their noses hanging out of the mask rather than full covered as they should be. I have witnessed this in multiple departments but most alarmingly in the deli dept where staff are breathing their potentially virus induced respiratory droplets all over the exposed food. I have mentioned the issue to the stores management on multiple occasions yet the issue persists.

Such a horrible job at social distancing and making sure your guests feel safe. The man at checkout at lane 7 forgot to put his mask until the end of the interaction. The bagger had his mask below his nose. Tons of employees have their masks below their chin. We've been going to publix for years. And during this pandemic this store has been great. Today was absolutely unacceptable. Do better. We just broke a record yesterday. Protect your employees and guests.

Great help from Donny and Vanessa and our bagger too! They went over and above to make sure we found what we needed. Clean and friendly. Great fresh food and specials.

Publix is a we'll run, beautiful grocery store. We come South whenever we can, and know we can get all of our favorites and some knew ones at this store. I've never come in and not seen almost every facing in place. We have now been to this one a couple times and their employees are courteous and hard working and seem to want to go out of their way to help you

Nice for fresh produce. The prepared foods were nicely packaged and well proportioned. The bakery was nicely stocked. The employees were attentive and friendly. I thought the rest of the store was average.

I've never been to a Publix that I didn't enjoy shopping in. Stores are clean, stocked, and well organized. Service from associates is excellent.
My only complaint is they need a larger variety of brands for some items.

I absolutely LOVE this location! I love how friendly every staff member is! Everyone says hello, even the produce guy with the glasses! They are always so helpful when you need to find something. I love the pharmacy staff as well because they helped me get my prescriptions quickly and easily after my car accident! I feel like family every time we walk in!

I live close and I have to travel to a Walmart or Target due to the limited and very small variety of ethnic hair care products.

Love to shop here! Never too crowded. If I can’t find something, there is always someone waiting with a smile to help. They don’t just point to where you can find your item. They walk to directly to it! The cashiers a friendly. Baggers usually offer to take my groceries to my car.

Nice grocery store with an excellent bakery and deli buuuut.they are PRICEY! Pack of hamburger was $20.82, a pack of chicken drums almost $10!

The store was clean and neat. Some items were hard to locate, the sales were okay. The bakery and prepared food items were lacking in variety and some of the prices were unreasonable. Lines were short despite the fact of the store being crowded. Checking out was pleasant and the staff was great.

First time at this location employees made you feel welcomed. Better than Champion Gate location
