Publix Super Market at Southchase, Orlando FL

Deli is absolutely mismanaged. Took us 35 minutes to get 3 sandwiches. The manager Aaron came in the middle of everything and removed a worker leaving one to make sandwiches for a line of 10 people

Love the store! Publix are always extremely clean and tidy and the staff at this store are very friendly and helpful. Only shopped here twice as I'm from Canada, but this store will be a go to every time I'm here in Florida. Thanks Publix!

This Publix grocery store was very clean. They carried a very good selection in food. I’ve been to many Publix stores and this by far had the best food options. I travel all over the USA for my business so I like to leave great reviews for the places that really impress me. Ale at the deli was superb she was very polite she even offered a boars vinegar for my sub that was delicious by the way. On another note as I checked out with Ketly I informed her that I would have to enter my EBT card in manually because I had mistakenly broke it. She advised me that she would have to get her manager for this. I understood that every store is different so I waited patiently for Ms. Denise to come & assist. When Ms. Denise took a look at my card she frowned her face and said “are you going to get another one soon”, I replied “will I be able to use my card here or not. ” She responded “I’m going to type your EBT card in” when she finished She continued to walk off with my card in hand I had to ask her for my card back. There was another young Lady in line that I apologize to because I felt that it was taking rather long. My transaction went through but I must say the way that it was handled it was a bit embarrassing. Ms. Denise spoke to me as if I were a child or someone incompetent. It left a very bad taste in my mouth.

Still has that small town grocery store feel to it. I saw that they were out of my favorite yogurt flavor and I saw an employee, (turns out it was the Manager) doing his own shopping after he clocked out. He still didn't hesitate one second to go into the back and bring out what I was looking for! Awesome service.

All those are prices are higher than other grocery stores, Publix has always been a great place to shop. The food is fresh although overpriced and the cashiers are extremely helpful and courteous.

Publix? Always class A - Store- well stocked store! Very clean.shelf's highly Organized. Cashier's available. And Polite. Buy one get one free sales! Love those. Great wine area.unusual wines.
