Publix Super Market Plaza, Jacksonville FL

I received a coupon for $36 and the guy charged me $76 and they offered me to wash my car for free and they didn’t do that either.

Everytime i order a sub from the deli it’s so over flowing and packed it’s a soggy mess before i even get home. Im not sure why the person making put literally half a bottle of ranch on a sub, then smashes it closed with toppings everywhere. I thought maybe it was just the person making that day. But ever single sub I’ve gotten is this way.

Clean store, fresh food, ok prices. Super friendly cashiers, the lady at the deli had a bad attitude, but I ignored her. Besides her everything was great!

Great food vendor and supermarket, although their prices keep rising very slowly and consistently. Shop here only if you can afford it!

This Publix seems to be always busy! Employees always helpful and I stop here often! Good Deli and Bakery with friendly staff.
I'm a Disabled Vietnam Veteran with Mobility & Breathing Issues that make walking long distances a problem! My only two complaints are they redux ed the number of carts for disabled & they took away several handicapped spaces at front of store and put in Pick Up Spots which eliminated 6 much needed handicapped spaces right at front door! Now find it difficult to find a Handicapped Space when I come to this Publix! Knowing this I've been limiting my stops to this Publix.

Publix is a wonderful place to shop. You might pay a little more, but the service you get is undoubtedly superb. If you have no idea what to do for dinner go there. Soup, subs, ribs, chicken, and almost anything you want is cooked fresh and as fast as they can. Their people are always with a smile and a positive attitude.

Went to the deli for some subs tonight and with two people making subs the line took over 40 minutes. Then when it was my turn they were out of tenders and said it would be 10 minutes, set my bread to the side and said they would make it as soon as they were cooked. I said I was walking to the other side of the store for something and I would be back. When I got back about 10 minutes later and they just bumped my sandwich and made me wait in line for another 25 minutes. Don’t go here for the deli unless you got an hour or so to kill

I haven't been to a Publix that's ever disappointed me. Great staff, clean store. Always a great expierience.

Bigger and bigger. But the arrangements are not so quite appealing. It was hard to find the desired products. Had to ask for everything. No clear picture of what they have.
