The lumper service fhi people are about useless. They need to be changed out, just like the ones in Jacksonville FL. Been empty for 1 1/2, then get call to come to office.no fhi to help. This place is a joke.

Slow slow slow operators owners don't come to waste your time in this place, the staff are all horrible.

First time here and pleasantly surprised checked in 1710 at guard shack went to staging area there is overnight parking 0745 appointment got a call at 0627 with the door # 0755 paid lumper got paperwork back ready to roll

Overnight parking, plenty of room for backing to dock. Compared to other places, lumpers tend to unload quickly.

Been sitting IN FRONT of a dock since 09: 30 for a 10am appt. Go inside and get the "Oh well, not my job " reply. Meanwhile I'm watching the lumpers getting their smoke breaks in. I've literally watched one lumper take 4 breaks in the time I've been sitting here waiting.

This used to be one off the best places to unload, they changed people in there now, the same load takes 3 hours longer to unload! A other place goes down the drain!

I love delivering to publix for the past 30 years! The best rates for small owner operator's! But this place need a lot's of improvement! SLOW SLOW SLOW! Need a new manager

Not responsible people. Walking, talking, everybody on the phone, no time to work.
6 hours at the door, still not done yet.
I have another stop at Publix (Deerfield Beach) it is 4 hours to drive.
My question is:
How to be nice, peaceful, and drive safely?

This is one of the slowest Publix DC’s that I’ve been to. Arrived at DC @ 0715, which was cool because I had 0900 appt. They sent me staging area until 0840 when they called to put me in a door. I was in the door and had checked in with office by 0845. They started to unload 8 pallets @ 0900.needless to say I sat there until 1430 before I got my bills. SLOW!

Horrible place to deliver 16 hours. The only reason for the two stars is there is plenty of room to maneuver around the facility. For trucks that's huge, but to deliver they unloaded the trucks who charge layovers first. Not good for companies who cater to businesses.

Everything is fine - overnight parking vending machine but still have some huge problems - they unloaded me fast and after them they went to the lunch.and paperwork still not ready - I waiting for next hour and late to different pick up Why they don’t want to finish all type of work for one time and after do what you wanna do.it’s not first time already

Very nice Publix DC. Overnight parking, restrooms and vending machines for drivers onsite. Big lot, easy to back up into docks. Well organized. DRIVERS! JUST Keep this PROPERTY CLEAN AS IT IS.

Brought in easy load all they have to do is count 3.5 hours Mt what a joke

Best publix distribution center to deliver to in the country. There's overnight parking available and they are pretty fast on unloading.

I have been to most of Publix warehouses in Florida and Orlando is by far the nicest friendliest quickest to unload that I have ever been 2

We came early expecting to wait, but we got back to a door within 20 minutes. They unloaded us very quickly- maybe another 20 minutes. We have now been sitting here for 6 hours waiting on paperwork. I just don’t get it. We brought 17 pallets of pineapples.
