Pullman Miami Airport

Stayed here because of its proximity to the airport. It's really close and there's a free shuttle (runs every 30 minutes). In itself a great hotel. You can see that it has been renovated in the past. The room itself was great, but the bathroom hadn't been improved yet. You could just see that the house was getting a bit old. Given the price range, one star is deducted.

There is a Chipotle within walking distance, starbucks and a shopping mall if you need to hit a grocery store or a pharmacy.

Low quality - only 1 of the outlets in my room worked. The water pressure in the shower was very low and for a 6 foot tall person I had to crouch to get in the shower. The air conditioning never shut off because the temperature never made it to 70 degrees.this was during a stay where the outdoor temp was very low and should have been able to keep up.

The front gate was a mess and was a constant issue with leaving and returning. Many days there were no cards and having to wait for a response at the gate could take 10-15 minutes. Totally unacceptable!

I've stayed at the Pullman in Brussels multiple times and this hotel in Miami IS NOT a Pullman. Extremely disappointed for what I have come to expect from this brand.

- Super noisy air conditioner that clicked on loud.
- purposely only put decaf in room to sell coffee
- The mattresses are terrible - springs worn out! Rooms are smelly and moist.
- Horrible water pressure that never got warm!

Very dated and worn. My work had us stay here, I would never bring my family.

Awesome, Hotel. Parking is $27 but just park across the road for free. Good view of planes

The service in restaurant is very disappointing. The server were busy serving the guest and we had to wait 5-7 mins to be seated. The buffet variety is extremely limited. The juice is served by server in a jug only if your server is free and available otherwise he will be busy doing something else or serving other tables. Other servers will not serve you and will tell you to ask the same from our table server.

Dirty rooms. Hair everywhere. Outdated. Rude staff if you do not speak their language or look like them.

I do not recommend this hotel. Stayed as a large group January 2024 for one night before a cruise.

The reason we chose this hotel was for the shuttle to cruise terminal.

So we arranged at front desk with guest services. They knew about our amount luggage as they were holding it for us prior to check in. We were 9 adults, 3 children (infants on lap) we paid $15 USD for each adult so $135 total. When the shuttle arrives it was supposed to take us and 2 more passengers. Long story short - the driver/company this hotel is associated with / arranged for us told us after our bags were inside he needs an additional $75 from us because we are a full van with our luggage.

Shuttle is not as advertised! We could have taken 3 Ubers for $90 instead of $210 we were charged.

The hotel arranges shady transportation for their guests apparently. The guest service lady made us give a $27 cash deposit and said we pay the rest to the driver. So maybe they have some type of split commission going on.

Also rooms had stained carpets, musty smelling. There was hair in tub when we checked in, Pictures look nicer than it is - would not stay ever again.

Good stay, but I wish breakfast had been offered (it wasn't) and that the bar had been open after 10pm.

For my part, I find this hotel very good. A little in its old-fashioned way, but I like it. Super comfortable bedding. Very quality breakfast. Good food in the evening too. Airport shuttle

The room need to replace or take out this old dirty carpet. The hotel is really nice but the carpet ruins everything

Was a perfect way to kill time before our flight.

Had the room from 10am - 6pm at a great price, was close enough to other nice areas to grab lunch, and the room was clean and comfy for a nap before the flight! Huge perk is the free shuttle to the airport. Would definitely stay here again! Only wish the weather wasn't bad so we could of enjoyed the super nice outdoor pool!

Read all 1 star reviews- they are true. The worst hotel I ever stayed. Quality of sleep - 0! Mattresses and pillows are so old, even with some strange smell. Windows, walls, carpets, everything are dirty, very old! It’s not 4 star hotel, positive reviews are probably false.

Stayed here booked by American Airline from an unexpected layover. Hotel was very good, nice spacious room and we were there after 10 and still a full menu available at the bar. Food was tasty, portions generous and reasonably priced. Overall excellent experience. Staff all friendly too and the airport shuttle left right on time in the morning.

My first trip to Miami and it'll be the last four awhile. The hotel is in a decent location. But that's pretty much it. We were only here for one night and it wasn't worth it. The room had a musty odor which was as though the carpet was wet and dried on its own, right side of the room, ask the outlets weren't working. I've never seen that before, the lady at the counter told us that the restaurant was open and serving lunch. We went there right after dropping our bags in the room and the rude bartender told us that the restaurant was closed until the next day, Sunday for lunch. Yes the restaurant was closed on a Saturday. I apologize to the bartender if I stepped in on your gaming the lady sitting there.heads up. She wasn't that into you from her obvious expressions. The taxi and one of the tech persons there were great. A+to them but everything else felt like an experience of pouring spoilt milk into the last of my cereal. The ratings on this hotel is inflammatory and incorrect. Please please change your policy and know that the guest should be the priority.

I have a lot to say so I’m going to break this down into a positives and negatives list to attempt to keep it brief. The bottom line: the location of this hotel is very convenient and easy to find, but it’s tired inside and we had a laundry list of issues during our ONE night stay, so I would suggest staying elsewhere unless you have no other options.

Positives:
-Location—close to the airport, easy drive to Miami Beach or downtown Miami—and easy to find
-Airport shuttle is free
-Parking was convenient, although the gate failed to work as advertised on the way out
-Pool area is small but nice, with a beautiful view
-Room was spacious

Negatives:
-Room smelled like cigarette smoke despite being on a non-smoking floor
-Air conditioning was broken (it was freezing in our room on arrival). They sent maintenance who had to full on shut the AC down, permanently. It was fine as we only stayed one night, but can’t imagine if our stay had been longer.
-Breakfast was a disaster. Host completely ignored the entire queue of people waiting. There were empty tables, but again: we were ignored and no explanation or estimated time was given. We gave up after 15 minutes and drove to Panera.
-Perhaps the most egregious part of our stay (which frankly, is also kind of hilarious) : the cruise shuttle. We signed up for the shuttle to Port Miami the night of our check in and paid the $6 deposit. The next day, the shuttle never showed up. The front desk apologized, stating it was their mistake and they failed to contact the shuttle provider (a third party) to request a pick up, and we’d now need to take a taxi, which they offered to call for us. I said ok, and asked for my $6 back. The front desk person said the deposit is non-refundable. Ha—ok. Eventually her manager came out, who apologized for their mistake profusely and returned my $6. In fairness, she was great and handled the situation well.

Unsanitary room I had to ask to have the air outlet cleaned. They cleaned the dusty grille and changed the air filter. The bed very uncomfortable (finished). The mattresses are due to be changed. The faulty toilet made a loud noise and they came to repair it the next day. Dusty coffee maker. Several small annoying problems. Remote control didn't work after it was the safe. I wouldn't go back there. + we had lunch at the hotel restaurant (buffet). On our bill the 18% tip was included! The hotel is very beautiful, well located a few minutes' walk from the restaurants. If you go on a cruise to FLL take Uber $25 USD cheaper than with the hotel $30 USD cash.

Stayed overnight after international flight. Miami was busy and took some time for the taxi to drive the four miles to the hotel. Hotel was pleasant but tired. Staff were friendly and helpful.

The reception hosts were remarkable, very attentive, first room with hair but we quickly changed rooms, very good shuttle service, the cleaning ladies are really friendly and do their job very well. A large parking lot, good, we were there during the holidays so it was difficult to get real places but we still managed to park.
