This practice does not follow covid-19 safe distancing. Too many people were in the waiting area and too close to each other. These patient's has respiratory issues. I felt unsafe and had to leave my appointment without being seen. The front desk staff is unprofessional and they are unfriendly. They do not seem organized.

I should have checked this doctor’s reviews first. It has been going on five months now since I first called them for a CPAP study. Still no CPAP in sight and they want me to do another review in October! Then we will be going into the sixth month. Every appointment is six weeks away. I agree with all the other one star reviews on how poorly the office is run. They called this week and scheduled an appointment for September 7. I said that is Labor Day. They replied that is OK only to call back two days later to say I had to reschedule. In addition I have yet to meet with or talk to the actual doctor. Only ARNPs. I am stuck in the middle of the process and don’t know how to change doctor.

Well I finally got my second sleep study done nearly two weeks ago. Now it will be another week to get the results. Five months since this started and no CPAP machine. They did call me back only to blame COVID for the delay. I call BS! I just want to get this over! Mail me my records of testing so I can find a Pulmatologist who cares. I don’t even want to step foot in that office.

UPDATE 10/12/20: Now I am well into my 6th month and still do not have my replacement CPAP machine and cannot even get an answer as to when to expect it. Every time I talk with the office I get a run around.

Dr Bowman is a wonderful doctor however, the lady who does the scheduling of appointments is rude. I understand they have a job to do, but calling the spouse of a patient 3 times in less than 2 minutes is unacceptable. She never leaves a voicemail and is rude and condescending when taking to people. I finally had to tell her that if she was sent to voicemail it was due me being at work and unable to answer the first two times she called. Very poor business practice.

Horrible customer service. Everytime i call i am put on hold. Today, put on hold only to hang up after 15 minutes. I call back answering service picks up. Just left hanging. This is not an isolated incident. Everytime I call there is an issue. Why do I have to keep calling. I can't get an answer from them.

The staff is friendly and helpful. The wait was no long at all. The doctor really showed that they cared for me and help me understand what I was going through. Definitely would recommend to family and friends.

The physicians at Pulmonary practice are incredible. The group literally are the Avengers of pulmonary medicine in the area. The experienced brain trust of medical doctors at this office are without peer in Volusia and Seminole counties. Office staffers at both locations are friendly and help facilitate prompt and efficient service.

Dr. Bowman and staff are always pleasant and willing to go above and beyond to help me with my illnesses. Very knowledgeable and great at explaining in detail my diagnosis and treatment plans. Two thumbs up and 5 stars for Pulmonary Practice Associates! Thank you for taking such great care of me!

They're ok. The calling and ALWAYS being placed on hold for at least 10 minutes is getting old real fast. However the care is acceptable and the physicians are decent. Be careful though because they will try to have you do numerous unnecessary exams and tests to pad their bottom line. If you know you don't need it just decline it.

On November 7th I phoned the Orange City office desiring to reschedule my November 13th appointment with Dr. Verma. My first call resulted in 10 minutes hold with no success. I phoned one hour later and was on hold 12 minutes still without success. I decided to wait until after hours and cancel with the answering service, at which I was successful - or at least I thought until I received reminder call on November 9th. Ultimately I went into the office on November 11 and learned my appointment wasn't cancelled. Geez, what a zoo! It's obviously time to find a new pulmonary office.

Horrible follow-up, rude Staff in the Orange City office. My husband had been a Patient for years but can never see the Dr (Dr. Smith). And only the P. A.for check-ups. I would think when you have lung issues, you would at least see the Dr.at least once a year. They also do not give you a return appt.of which instead, they mail you an appt.card every 6 months to a year with an appt.time and date. They dropped the ball on my husband's follow-up visit and did not want to be held accountable whatsoever! I didn't realize he hadn't been seen since 2017 when I called there to make an appt. Very strange office and am happy to have found another practice where my husband is seen by a Dr.with wonderful Staff. I have no issues with being seen by a P. A, however an appt.with the Dr.also should be a must, especially when you have lung problems.

I would give them zero stars if allowed. Been calling for 2 days, every time they pick up the phone they place you on hold, pick up the. Put on hold again and never pick up again. Finally get through and then someone advises if we haven’t called you, we haven’t received the referral from your doctor. Keep in mind sent over more then a week ago, never asked my name or info so they can check. I am guessing they have more patients then they can handle. Not a good first impression of your office.

I have been going to PPA, Lake Mary for over a year and have had excellent care. Dr. Verma keeps things on a personal level and explains in detail what is going on with my condition while working closely with my Oncologist. I highly recommend Pulmonary Practice Associates

She just came to see my mother in the hospital. She advised her cancer probably spread, but wasn’t sure until all tests done. Here’s an idea, do not tell the patient worse news, when they are allow at the moment! I am LIVID, I found my mother hysterical. Thanks

Worst Dr experience ever cancelled my appointment never called me. Was told i would get a device to put on my finger to sleep with. Never received it need inhaler prescription refill nurse says they have no record of me using one cant get a refill without a dr visit what a scam!

Showed up 30 min early but still haven’t seen the doctor and it’s an hour after my appointment time. Nurse says don’t show up early anymore. Go anywhere else I you have a job or life that you can’t waste hours waiting around for someone who can’t keep up with their own schedule.

Never had to wait more than 20 minutes for my appointments and very friendly staff they made my appointments with the sleep study and also called up and got me in sooner! Great Dr and staff 5 stars!

There is no follow-up after test. You get your primary involved they schedule you and then cancel the about a week before. My sleep study was in February we are in May. The staff does not value your time. I had to wait almost an hour to pick up equipment that was told would be ready when I came in. Some people work too. Dr. Verma is nice wonder if they know home double booked they are and how terrible the office treats patients.
