Don’t know where to begin, this office is not just Pura Vida it’s Pure Love, from the sweet & beautiful receptionist/assistant/customer representative/ etc, to the wonderful Dr. Katrina! I felt so welcomed from the very first visit, they have treated me with respect and kindness. They make me feel like we have been close friends for a long time. If you are looking for a Great Chiropractor go to her, make your appointment you will Be so glad you read this and listened to me! Dr. Katrina takes her time and explains everything so you understand what your having issues with and the steps she going to take to help

Great because on the first day of the therapy I came and they did an adjustment and I had been suffering from very strong kidney cramps for four weeks due to a stone that I had in the ureter and they didn't do the adjustment at all, they put me on the vibrating machine and right at the same time When I got home, I had been drinking liquids, all those things, when I got home, when I went to the bathroom, the surprise was immediate. I had passed the stone. For me, it has been the best to be in this rehabilitation center because I know my body after rehabilitation. I have had a few days of real healing because because I have passed with the calculation and after the accident mentally I have also felt affected because I have felt very relaxed I am in very good health currently nothing for me the grade is the maximum score

This has been such a great place to recover. I recommend it to anyone great service, great staff and relief feel that they care about you like family.

I would not go anywhere else for my chiropractic or vitamin infusion needs. PuraVida Wellness center has put me back together so many times when I have back issues. And it’s so easy to get in and out quickly. Every time I am sick I pop in to get vitamin shots and it makes all the difference! I would give 10 stars if I could

I highly recommend coming to Pura Vida Chiropractic and Rehab. I was having pain in my right hip and neck that was interfering my daily activities. The first time I attended this place I felt very welcomed by the assistant and Dr. Kahook. I felt so good after the first visit, I was able to sleep on my right side again.
