Guy was friendly and professional. He explained what he recommended I do for a more efficient air conditioner. He was very knowledgeable about the air conditioner. I would recommend Pure Air because of Guy!

Today Shaun did a routine maintenance and installed a surge protector on my airconditioner because of the rolling brown outs and power surges. He did a great job and was very kind and patient, Even my Chihuahuas thought he was great and they are very picky!

Pure Air recently fixed a problem I was having. The technician, Guy, was just wonderful! They have done maintenance on a regular basis and installed a new system a couple of years ago. Their work is excellent and they are easy to deal with. I highly recommend Pure Air.

Problem arose this morning and we are leaving for a month this afternoon - fortunately Shawn was able to unclog drain and make some other suggestions to reduce potential for repeat before we left - thanks

Have had different issues recently with our ac unit! 2 service techs, Blaine and Scott have come out and addressed the issues. Both techs are very professional in doing their work! I highly reccomend Pure Air and I always ask for the techs by name if service is needed! They always arrive within the 2 hour window promised!

Chris was better that a 10. He explained everything in a cordial manner so that even I could understand. I gave him 2 estimates.we shall see where those go in terms of cost. Thank you Chris
