My friend recommended pure barre as a new way for resistance training, and I couldn’t be more happy with the workouts! This studio is so beautiful, spacious and all the instructors are incredible! They also help with form and give amazing direction. You definitely feel that sense of inclusion with the instructors and get personalized attention if you desire it. I would highly recommend checking out this studio and be prepared to sweat! The studio has also been extremely accommodating and thoughtful with requests and I’m very appreciative of that!

Best workout ever. I was having back issues and have tried all kinds of workouts. It wasn’t until Pure Barr did I find what my body needed. The instructors are great and encouraging. They truly want to make sure you get the best out of the workout and are doing it correctly so you don’t hurt yourself. I am hooked. Give it a try you will not be disappointed

I love Pure Barre! Although the workouts are challenging, the results are worth it! The instructors give technique tips and options to modify or challenge yourself more depending on your fitness level. I love this community & workout! Your perfect Pure Barre Ledge is just a bonus!

I was very excited to try my first class.but it ended in a laughable, total disaster. They called me 5 minutes after I signed up online to schedule my first class. I was pretty impressed by this. They also called me day of just as a friendly reminder and to check in before my first class. Excellent! I was more than excited for my first day as I have a coworker who loves this location. I get there 15 minutes early like they said to greet my instructor and maybe get a tour or get more familiar with everything. NOPE. I get there and I’m not even greeted by the instructors. It’s just myself and this other lady who was also new, looking around awkwardly and clueless at each other as the instructors are more concerned with cleaning and closing down the studio since the Foundations class is the last class. They are moving about as if we didn’t even exist and one of them even said, “I’m so not an evening person, I do way better in the mornings! I’m glad the day is over! ” I’m like wow, you’d say that in front of some newbies looking forward to their first class? Good to know. Anyways, I won’t say the instructors name on here publicly because I don’t want to get anyone in trouble but there was only 3 people in my foundations class and a minute before class started they proceeded to tell us to move into the studio part. I didn’t feel the warm welcoming energy or excitement. She looked like she was ready to get it over with. The rest is the horrible part. Even though her voice was projecting, her energy was flat and she looked like she was just going through the motions, unaware at how horrible, lost and confused the three of us were doing. She literally went at lightening speed and went straight into some pretty advanced moves for a beginner class and we all struggled to even catch up. It was almost as if she was teaching a whole different class. I had to look around and make sure I wasn’t being pranked or that she wasn’t live-streaming or something because it was clear that she was going full speed ahead without adjusting to how bad we looked. I couldn’t even focus on getting a good workout because I couldn’t fully understand the movements she was doing. I get it’s my first time but the demonstrations were laughable. I almost walked out after the first 5 minutes after how laughably horrible things were going. I didn’t feel seen or supported and the other ladies were feeling the same as we were looking around the room at each other, thinking “what is going on”? I decided to push through, really wanting to give her the benefit of the doubt. She seemed friendly but extremely disconnected. I really wanted to like her. Anyways, the end finally approaches and she turns out the lights before we even get to the stretching part. I mean I get you’re ready to go home but dang! She’s clearly ready to leave. She is blowing full steam ahead through the stretches and I can’t even really relax into it. The feedback at the end of the class from the other two ladies, were “I didn’t really understand the movements at all? Is there a place, I can watch a video for a demonstration of the full motion? ” And “This class was very difficult, I am a beginner and haven’t worked out in a while. ” She didn’t really have a good answer for either of these. I didn’t give my feedback because it was wasn’t positive at all and I didn’t want to hurt the poor girl’s feelings. She seemed to think she did a great job and I knew in my mind I wasn’t coming back. I was ready to jet out of there. Maybe this isn’t for me. I’m ready to try something else. I don’t think Pure Barre does a good job at truly understanding the beginner and the customer service or professionalism just wasn’t there. They seem to cater better towards people are are naturally more advanced. This was a horrible first impression and I am very patient and understanding. I really wanted to like this and I am seeking a place I can consistently work out after work. Pure Barre is definitely not for me and I have a semi dance background. I don’t know where all the positive reviews came from. 2/5

This is exactly what I have been looking for! After years of damaging my body with heavy weights in a standard gym.alas a divine oasis that implements ballet, yoga, pilates, cardio and strength training. The movements are tiny yet oh so effective. I wholeheartedly recommend Pure Barre. Don’t waste another minute killing yourself with heavy weights.focus more on long, lean and graceful muscle. The instructors are outstanding! (you get to dresss super cute too) I’m so genuinely excited about me Pure Barre journey! Xxxx Daniela

I took classes here from August to November before I moved to Trinity, and I loved it! It’s a great low impact workout, and the instructors are friendly and helpful too!

Buyers beware. I paid the extra $10 a month not to be in a contract. There was never any contracts presented or any verbiage about a 30 day cancellation notice when I signed up online. They were very prompt with this notice/contract once I wanted to cancel. My experience was very misleading and am very disappointed that I have to pay for an entire month ($170) that I am unable to attend due to previous obligations.
