Joey is dedicated, passionate, and creates an atmosphere every single hour where you can be comfortable and become confident in what your body is capable of accomplishing. Stop making excuses or thinking this isn't for you because IT IS!
I dropped in while on vacation. Really nice gym with nice members. Joey is a great coach and the workout was tough but fun. I highly recommend and will definitely be back.

My wife and I dropped in for a week, and Joey treated us like we were regulars! He took the time to personally thank us, and the price was extremely reasonable for the service! It would be our home gym if we ever moved here, but for now we will always drop-in while visiting southwest Florida.
