Our dolphin tour with Megan and Marty was amazing! They said this is the most dolphin jumping they have seen and pretty up close! Shelling was beautiful! Found a couple great ones! Such a great experience! We did the 1pm tour, was enough seating for everyone to be comfortable and you can walk/move around to see both sides of the boat!

A great excursion! We booked a 3 hour dolphin and shelling tour. Our 4 and 6 year olds had an absolute blast. On the trip we saw dolphins, osprey, lizards, and eagles. The guide pointed them out and taught us about each. The boat goes through the mangroves to the beach where you do shelling. 2 hours on the boat and about an hour on the beach. There is a "marine" bathroom on the boat but I wouldn't recommend using it unless it's an emergency. Drinking water is provided, as well as bags for shelling. The boat ride also gives you a nice tour of the water front homes. People start lining up 45 min before departure but don't worry because there is not a bad seat on the boat. Most of the boat is covered however the front has seats in full sun.

The day cruise was awesome! The breathtaking sights were accompanied with funny, entertaining, and insightful explanations on the way out. Turning back, they let the music fill the air while continuing to enjoy views of the ocean, dolphins, and the surrounding area. Recommendation: When boarding, go to the second floor and sit to the right.

Such a great time on the (bring your own drinks) sunset cruise! GREAT crew, fun time looking at the giant mansions, and BEAUTIFUL sunset.

I enjoyed my meal at Duffys everything was delicious environment was relaxing felt somewhat out of place simply because it doesn’t matter it was nice

Pure naples or pure Florida is a really terrible and dishonest company. Read the one star reviews on yelp.i called and made a reservation for my husband and i for our 22nd wedding anniversary. I had made the reservation a few weeks in advance and the customer service person took the entertainment book redemption code over the phone. He had me pay for one ticket and assured me the certificate was not necessary for us to get the one ticket free. He even spoke to a supervisor since he was unsure. At the end of the conversation he again assured me no certificate was necessary.when we got to the boat the agent letting us on insisted we pay for the second ticket. She was extremely aggressive and said without producing the certificate we were “not getting on the boat. ”

so on our anniversary we did not get to have this experience. It was really upsetting. Then another two employees came and ganged up on us as well. We kept asking for a manager but there was no management at all. We tried to reason with the bulldog style agents but it was futile. They even threatened to call the police if we didn’t stop talking to them.this should not happen. The email we received after the phone reservation said we were paid in full. Evidently there was no management available to handle their unruly and unkind employees. Downright bullies they were.we missed out on other plans that were available to us.i will be posting reviews about this company who by the way goes by several different names such as pure florida and then pure naples amongst other names as well i believe.stay away from this dishonest and untrustworthy company.

We signed up to do the sunset cruise for my birthday. When they got everyone on board they then announced that we wouldn't be going out to the gulf because the waves were too choppy and instead we'd do an extended Port Royal tour. Totally understand when the weather doesn't cooperate, but this turned into an extended LA gawking house tour. Further, there was a point where we got to in the community and the crew goes "we're never back here, so we don't know anything about these houses". This isn't at all what I signed up for and we should have had the choice for a voucher to come back on a different date or do a different excursion before we even got on the boat. Super disappointing as there was a nice sunset but we were already headed back to the dock in the wrong direction when it was happening. I wouldn't recommend using this company. Was debating doing the Princess and fully regret not doing that.

The Naples bay cruise was well organized from ticket purchase, boarding, and departure. The tour guides were knowledgeable as well as funny! Nice boat with bar and restrooms. Will do this again!

Unfortunately, I have to update this rating. We booked another trip with them, but they canceled and never called us. So we showed up, waited an hour, had so many workers walk past us, and not one person said anything. And I finally go to the office to ask, and the lady was so incredibly rude. They said it was for weather but they sent out a private charter. No apologies or anything, they acted like we were just bothering them. I am not sure if I want to try them again, when there is only a 50/50 chance of a good experience.

Talk about some amazing experiences! We went on 2 of their tours, the deep sea fishing and the house tours and they were both amazing! I would do them both again, plus try some of their other options!

Went on the Calm Bay Fishing feb 8 with Captain Henry and Captain Sam a little chilly weather but some good times some good fishing. So helpful and get an ecological education as well thanks for fun time as always

I would highly recommend the sunset tour! The crew was friendly and informative and the sites were amazing! 10 or 10! We also got to see dolphins racing along side the boat!

This review is for the 6hr deep sea fishing charter. I went with several friends and we all agreed that it wasn't worth the money. The fishing part of the trip was fun, it was just everything before and after that made it less than totally enjoyable. First off, we spent 2 hours boating out and 2 hours boating back. That's 4 hours that you're just sitting on the boat not fishing. In fact it's even hard to have a conversation during those 4 hours because the engines are so loud that you have to talk extremely loud to the person sitting next to you. When you are fishing and you get lucky and the action gets hot you can be waiting a long time for one of the deck hands to get the fish off the line, which is valuable time waiting when the action is good. I know 2 guys can only do so much on a packed boat, just be warned. Maybe the most annoying part of the whole experience was when we got back to the dock. There's only 1 guy who does the filleting. 2 -3 other guys just standing around or cleaning the boat. I had to wait literally 1hr 15min to get my fish filleted (mine was the last stringer). Why couldn't they have one of the other guys help fillet? Customer first! So I spent 1hr and 15 minutes watching the pelicans get fed scraps. By the way, I believe it's illegal to intentionally feed pelicans or other wildlife. Either way it's not a good idea and the FWC warns against doing so because the sharp bones can get stuck in the pelicans throat and it habituates them to relying on humans. Anyhow, I give them 3 out of 5 stars for value for the money. I think your money is better spent on one of the many small charter operators that take 3-4 people 4 hours for $450.

We went fishing this morning. Both Rich and Alec had been exceptional. Thanks to Alec’s attentive assistance on baiting, I got a lot of keepers. We would definitely go with them again hopefully for a whole day sports fish fishing! What a memorable fun fishing trip for us!

Had a great time today on the deep sea fishing boat Sea Flight with Josh and Thomas! They were great! And we caught fish, lots of them!

Josh and Thomas were fantastic in our 4 hour deep sea fishing trip. The snappers just opened up and we were able to keep enough for dinner for the 5 of us. Great service and a good way to spend a day.

Great trip! Captain Meghan and Marty were the best guides we could have asked for. When we come back I look forward to doing another excursion with Pure Florida.
