Pure Hydration, Jacksonville FL

My first experience was fantastic! The staff were very knowledgeable and friendly. The rooms are private and comfortable. I was in and out in no time at all. I also love that the business is locally owned. I will definitely be back!

I have recently begun taking NAD for multiple reasons and could write a whole review how great this vitamin is. So when I started taking the vitamin and seeing the amazing benefits I wanted to find a more efficient way to take it. Which is where Pure Hydration comes into play.

After researching everywhere in Jacksonville I could receive either IV or IM shots of NAD, I found Pure Hydration had the most amazing prices. Boy I’m glad I did!

While the price is lower than everyone else in Jacksonville their service is also better than any other medical spa I’ve visited! They treat you like royalty. I quickly purchased a package and am not on my third this year. Each infusion I get I feel more at home.

IVs are a medical service I have been receiving for years and a must have for my health regiment. So it was very important to me to find a good Infusion Spa when I got settled into the Jacksonville from New York City.

Over the last few months I have tried out almost every place in Jacksonville and can tell you that after going to each, Pure Hydration is any customers best option.

The facility is as clean and sterile as your nicest doctors office. Their staff and procedures make me feel safe and comfortable. While their prices are some of the best I’ve seen anywhere. Especially considering the quantity of vitamins they include in each infusion.

On top of all of that, they offer a membership structure that far surpasses anything I’ve ever seen.

If you are looking for a Wellness spa for any reason, pure hydration is the place to visit!

I just left pure hydration in Jacksonville beach and can hands down say it’s the best wellness spa I’ve ever been to.

As someone who receives IVs regularly, I’ve been to every location in the area. The way they handle their patients is unlike any other facility in Jax!

Not only do they go above and beyond with their patients but their price is more than fair! If you are considering getting an IV in North Florida, Pure Hydration is the place to do it!

I’m a frequent customer at Pure Hydration and the membership program they offer is such a steal! I come in for my monthly infusions for half the price! Makes me and my wallet feel good:). The amazing customer service and the membership program always has me wanting to coming back for more. I haven’t felt this good in years and I give credit to pure hydration.

Great location, Awesome Kind staff, I have been here a couple times and they never disappoint on service and comfort. I get exactly what i need with their variety of packages and single services to choose from. I am plus sized but they have no issues finding a vein and ensure that i am comfortable, the rooms are big and spacious if you want to go with family or friends.highly recommend for your health and leisure!

Missed a monthly iv infusion for the first time in 9 months and didn't receive any courtesy reminder via email, text, or phone call. If only Pure Hydration was as good at their customer service as they are collecting payment, this would be a 5 star review in lieu of a 1 star. Thanks for nothing

Most IV Hydration shops are poorly run, in-and-out, rushed and way too expensive. The staff at Pure are very friendly from the moment you step in the door. They walk you through a simple but effective menu of hydration and IV treatments and answer your questions with confidence. These guys know their stuff! Once you chose the treatment, they take you to a chill, lounge-like area to relax while you hydrate. Zero pain, zero tension, zero uncomfortableness. I highly recommend Pure to all who want a top-notch experience in hydration. Thanks, Spencer and staff!

I was having the worst day, I knew I was dehydrated & I had a terrible headache. I got the idea that an IV would help so I called & they were able to get me right in! I got the migraine package & immediately after I noticed a huge difference! The staff were friendly & they gave me the space I needed during the IV so that my head didn’t hurt more. Afterward I seriously felt like a whole new person! I would 100% go back here! I wish I could give them more stars!

Great place, went on their opening day to get the IM Energy shot before going on vacation. Highly recommend!
