The owner is an outstanding yoga teacher and human being, and the people she has assembled to teach classes at her studio, are fantastic!

It is a very supportive and friendly environment. The teachers are continually telling the classes that everyone's bodies are different, go at your own pace, and listen to what your body tells you. They also offer modifications to poses, so even if you have injuries or just plain stiffness, you are not left out.

If you are a newbie to yoga, this is a great place to start out. Just call the studio and ask them what classes to start with. They have basic stretch classes that allow you to ease your way in.

If you are an athlete or experienced yogi, these yoga teachers are highly skilled and in fantastic shape. I often accuse them of being machines. You will not leave this place disappointed!

Everyone has the ability to get a great workout at Pure Yoga and Fitness. What are you waiting for!? Give it a try, you won't regret it! I'm very glad I did.

I can’t even begin to explain how amazing this yoga studio is. I have been going to this studio for years but recently got back into attending classes multiple times a week. The energy, support, quality and love that radiates through this studio is like none other. Attending these classes is the brightest part of my day I look forward to it every day. All of the instructors are amazing in their own way! I must say Melissa has been the ultimate yoga instructor her flow is so fun, chill, and so effective. I always leave her classes feeling 100% better, her energy lightens the room. I have always been nervous trying new places but PURE is really great about making you feel like you belong. To anyone considering coming here - a million times do it you will not regret it

This yoga studio is not a “normal” yoga studio…. It starts out as a vibrant challenging class you want to attend, you go, it’s hard, but you crave to need to go back… then you find you are attending 5 days a week, and if you skip a day, you feel like you are missing out! The instructors are so powerful, strong and compassionate.some days may not be at your best, but make you feel ok with just showing up to your mat! It’s truly a FAMILY yoga studio…show up n give it a try I have attended every class offered:)

First time trying yoga since I went 10+years ago & it made me want to come back! I LOVED that it was “do what feels right for you”. The instructor was challenging students but SO encouraging to make modifications where needed and I just loved the way I felt after. I will be back!

Yesterday was my first time attending class at Pure and I have to say that it was the best Hot Yoga class I have ever been to! The instructor, Marisa, is fantastic! She is so talented, energetic and encouraging! Can't wait to go to another class! Highly recommend this studio and instructor!

This was my first yoga experience and I couldn’t have felt more comfortable! My instructor, Kat, was very inviting and positive, which made the entire experience very rewarding!
