Puritan Dry Cleaners, Jupiter FL

I recently bought a very pricey dress from Saks to wear to an upcoming wedding. I brought it over to IVORY DRY CLEANERS to get it laundered as I usually do after buying something off the racks. When I picked this once beautiful dress up it had what looked to be oil stains all over each sleeve. Again, this dress had not been worn and even still had the tags. I went back and forth with the owners of IVORY and was treated so poorly that I have contemplated suing (please see my review on IVORY). I thought all hope for this never worn dress was gone. That was until I brought it to Puritan. Both myself and my dress were treated with respect by the GM, Jerry. Him and the company really looked out for me, got the stains out and had it ready in less than 2 days. I thought that this dress was a gonner until I brought it to Puritan! I swear I almost cried tears of joy when I picked the dress up!

Terrible management and ownership. I have spent thousands of dollars with these people and still they could care less about customer service or experience. They lied to my face about what they were doing with my items. After melting all my brand new, never used custom made bedding, they told me to my face it was my fault.
How is this so? I am very sad and besides myself. The man who is the manager laughed in my face and told me that they will do nothing. $800 for my custom bedding and $300 I still had to pay for them wrecking everything. How can they sleep at night knowing they messed up and that they do not want to make this right. This is the worst customer service experience ever imaginable. Zero Stars

Wreckless and speeding in our community. Close call in front of our home due to excessive speed and wreckless abandonment of delivery van.

I have never had a whole group of employees all seeming to care about the customers and their clothes! They want to do a good job! Glad I found them!
