I met the owners and got my water filtration system and fence bundle from this company in 2021 and its one of the best decisions I've ever made! The difference I've seen in the water is just amazing now I have clean water that doesn't smell or make my hair and skin dry.
I love the honesty and integrity of this company and they have always been quick to help me resolve any issues.
Speaking of issues, my HOA decided to make an issue about my fence (which was properly installed and according to guidelines) and I have had the PLEASURE of working with Stacey! She has literally been working around the clock, going above and beyond to help and I couldn't be more grateful. She's very helpful, friendly and true to her word.

We bought our water conditioner and fence through them when we closed on our house end of last year. I was hesitant to have the fence installed, being in a newer development and the HOA wasn’t established fully to have the fence approved. Well the HOA started giving me problems with approving my fence, my lot is on a PDE easement. TheHOA wanted us to move the fence basically just off the back corner of my house.losing my 5 feet of side yard plus the 5 feet of PDE easement. I was nervous to call Brett and share the bad news with him. The call went better than expected he got Amber involved and she went above and beyond our expectations, helping me figure out where to start by making phone calls to the city, going back and forth with my HOA. After about a week of that she finally got documents from code enforcement department in writing from the county for me to resubmit my application for my HOA! Amazing customer service through your our entire process! Happy we chose purity h20!

Recently needed service on my water filter and to install an accent fence to cover it. Amber got back to me right away and got everything scheduled. She is very responsive and professional.

Got my water system about a year and a half ago when we first got our house. Prior to the system being installed our water had a foul smell and we never felt clean after showering. The guys came out and did the water test and showed us how many impurities were in the water. They quickly came out and installed it and everything went smoothly. Recently, we had a some concerns and they quickly came out to look at it and fixed the issue. We’ve had such an amazing experience with them and so glad we got it.

We had the pleasure of working with Tony, Matt, and Amber. There were many other water softener companies that came to our house but I chose to continue a conversation with Tony because he was not pushy at all and very polite. We were shortly introduced to Matt who tested our water and informed us on the benefits of the water softener system. Amber was also a great help with collecting all the necessary paperwork to submit everything to our HOA. She is extremely nice and very responsive. We purchased the water softener, reverse osmosis system, and a fence with Purity H2O. We are extremely happy and highly recommend this company.

Remarkable company that doesn’t hesitate to answer any questions you may have for them. Honesty to me is the best policy and they deliver that by their quality of communication, products and service.

I couldn’t be more impressed or happier with the service that I got from these guys! Jamin was awesome in explaining the water purification system and process and was also great at helping design the layout for my backyard fence and they were extremely flexible when it came to the initial appointment and the installation as well. Walter installed my water system and he was great, Very knowledgeable and courteous. These guys were a pleasure to do business with. If I had it all to do over again, I wouldn’t want to go with any other company.

Amber is awesome. She helped me so much dealing with my HOA. They were difficult. Great job Amber. Bobby and Jamin were awesome sales reps. They did an awesome job explaining to me on how the water system works. We all love our new water system and our new fence.

Purity H20 is a great outstanding company, they offer the finest water treatment available at a great price. If that wasn’t enough there’s a great fencing for reasonable price as well at reasonable times installed. You can also save mega bucks on your electric bill with solar panels installed by them. It was very much worth it, and appreciated using Purity H20. I wouldn’t use anyone else.

Not to often in this world will you come across people that do the right thing cause it the right thing. Most will just do it while people are earning. Not here. Hands down would recommend to any and everyone.

If you want a better quality of life, Awesome tasting water for yourself and your loved ones, including your pets get one of these systems. Not only get one of these systems but Jamin Cline is an awesome salesman that knows his stuff when it comes to the water purification system. He will answer any questions you have. I find him to be an upstanding, honest young man that you will not regret doing business with. This young man walks away making you feel like you've not only gained some awesome water LOL but a new friend as well. I can tell in talking with him that he has a beautiful heart and he loves the Lord and that means something to me especially when I'm dealing in business!
