Very friendly staff. They really care about the dogs. Impressed that they insist on complete and up to date vaccinations. We received updates and pics if our dog while in boarding. Reasonable rates. Accommodated a last minute change in our travel plans.

I really like their system of taking photos and giving a report of your dog. Prices were reasonable and fair in my opinion. My dog always seemed to enjoy himself and never had any incidents. Would definitely recommend to anyone in the area

Staff is friendly and takes well care of the animals, but the place could be a little more cleaner. The front entrance has a heavy odor. I say this because I'm comparing it to Dog Topia and smell/cleanliness not an issue. Go check out and compare.

I cannot say enough about the professionals at Purple Pawz! They take such good care of our dog Sweetie! And their fresh bones have never given her an issue like online companies have in the past. Our dog actually likes going there!

This place is unsanitary, they neglected our 15 year old dog. The lady admitted that in a week period they only took her outside twice! Our dog was covered in stool and urine when we picked her! Her toys and bed were covered in urine and stool! Her bowls looked liked they never washed them once in the week they had her. Her voice was raspy! This place was awful! Do not take your pets here.

This was our first time boarding our dogs, and we were very nervous about leaving them. One of our dogs was very anxious when we left him. The second day they informed us that our one was still anxious, but they were both eating well. When we picked our babies up, both were excited to go home, but they were both loving on the workers as well as us. Thanks for making our babies feel loved!

First time coming to this resort and I love it! My dog enjoyed himself. I received cute updates/notes about his day while he was there. I also walked in the back to see him having fun with his new friends. The staff was very nice, great communication and responded back within a reasonable time. My dog will be back for a visit

First time using a kennel for my new puppy; was nervous about it during COVID. My dog is well and seems to be in good spirits. The staff were professional and welcoming.

Purple Pawz is a great place to board your pets. The value is great and they are attentive to your pets. They provide doggie beds in the event you forget to bring yours. We will definitely be using them again.

Took my energetic one year old shiba and she had a blast when she got home she was very tired and just wanted to sleep. The place looks very clean and I even got an email with a small summary of how Akira was doing which I really liked.
