I first came to Pursuit Physical Therapy because I was having shoulder pain and, more recently, neck pain and stiffness. These got bad enough that they were interfering with my normal activities and I was starting to lose strength in my arm due to the shoulder.
From my first call to Pursuit Physical Therapy, I knew this was the right place for me. They took the time to explain exactly what I could expect at my first visit: a detailed evaluation of my pain, range of motion, strength, etc.to determine the root cause of my issues and a plan for recovery and improvement. Dr. Fabrick made sure I understood the causes of my discomfort and what we were doing to correct these. He outlined plan and the expected time frame.
What is different about Pursuit is that you have the Physical Therapist’s undivided attention during treatment. You have one-on-one time with the Doctor. Dr. Fabrick reviewed my “home work” exercises with me and ensured that I was doing them correctly. This was a big reason why I was able to regain the strength in my arm and am pain free in both my neck and my shoulder in just 12 weeks! I have a very active lifestyle and I’ve been able to resume all of my activities.
I would encourage anyone who is in pain to stop “adapting” to it and start treatment at Pursuit Physical Therapy instead!

I came to Pursuit after attending several other physical therapy programs after experiencing chronic lower back pain. I have consistently thrown out my lower back every few months for the past 10 years. I have found little success with the approach’s taken from other physical therapy programs. After my initial consultation with Trey, he explained his treatment plan for me in two parts including strength and mobility. Over the next six weeks Trey worked on expanding my mobility in both my hips and lower back along side a strengthening program. I have now experienced a relief in the daily pain while being given the tools and knowledge needed to aid in the prevention of injury. I have now reach almost seven months with no back flare ups which is the longest stretch of time since my condition began! I highly recommend Trey for his patience and knowledge that has helped guide me to recovery and continued improvement. In my opinion, Trey is the most knowledgeable and proactive physical therapist that I have have had the pleasure of working with. My insurance did not cover the treatment received by pursuit however it was well worth the expense.

I had chronic pain from my neck running to my thigh for four years and the ortho didn't help and massage only gave temporary relief. I saw Jessica and she quickly diagnosed the problem and gave me the stretches and exercises to provide permant relief! After a few weeks I was healed and given a full plan to stay healhty. I sleep better, play with my kids freely, and will forever be thankful for my exprience at Pursuit PT!

Dr Ron Miller is the gold standard in physical therapy. From the moment I walked in for my first post-surgery PT appointment at Pursuit Physical Therapy, I knew I had made the right decision. Ron, unlike other physical therapy “factories” that I have seen before, chooses to work with one patient at a time. In my case, Ron’s sole focus on my appointments was my recovery– not answering emails, texts, managing the office, or juggling several patients at once.

My appointments were tailormade to my recovery and every part of my “home-program” was designed specifically for my case. This was not a simple plug-and-print program for my shoulder which I appreciated because not all shoulders are created equally and not all recovery trajectories look the same. Moreover, Ron was available after hours via phone and email if I ran into any issues with homework or plateaued in my progress and needed modifications. He also kept a dialogue going with my surgeon to make sure that everyone was on the same page

The whole office at Pursuit Physical Therapy puts the patient’s wellness and recovery above all else. The other doctors, Trey and Mike, also deliver integrity, expertise, and energy to see you through to your recovery. My shoulder is back to normal. God willing it will be a long time before I’m in need of PT, but if I do, I know where to go.

Once again, Ron Miller at Pursuit Physical Therapy worked his magic and addressed my pain complaints. This time it was lower back pain, for which Ron prescribed specific stretching exercises. The combination of doing my home exercise regimen, and two sessions with Ron, addressed my symptoms. I’m still blown away as to how quickly he got me back to normal functioning. At this point, when I have any musculoskeletal issues, I get an evaluation from Pursuit, prior to going to my orthopedist! So Glad he and the rest of the team are available.

I was referred to Pursuit through a friend of a friend. I had gone to the Cleveland Clinic for back pain issues and they gave me specific credentials to look for in a PT. Ron had those credentials and promised that he would work with me primarily and not hand me off to an assistant. He also ended up being less expensive out of pocket than other providers who worked with my insuranceWhen I had gone to PT before I was put on a heating pad and asked to preform by workout and was often seen by and assistant, there was little to no hands on treatment from the actual PT provider. Ron spent every minute of my time slot with me, he did stretching, manipulations, cupping and needling along with my work out.
Ron got me back to zero pain with in 2 1/2 months. I expected to feel somewhat better after my treatment but not fully recovered. But I am feeling so much better than I thought I could. I was having lots of trouble doing even minor walking. Recently I went to London to visit my sister. We walked 6-8 miles a day and I had little to no pain whatsoever. The respect and treatment you receive at your very first visit will reassure you that you are getting the best care.

Trey fixed my shoulder pain, boosted my confidence, cured my depression, and ended world hunger during my time working with him at Pursuit Physical Therapy. He is truly a renaissance man. Would highly recommend checking him out and the whole team at Pursuit! Amazing stuff.

When looking for clinical rotation sites, I was looking for a unique clinic where I knew I would be challenged and further my clinical reasoning skills and advance my manual therapy skillset. I stumbled upon Pursuit via Instagram and immediately admired the way Ron brands his business. Upon further research, I discovered that Pursuit is a cash-based business which furthered my intrigue about the ins and outs of PT in this type of setting. In addition, I admired that Ron sees patients one-on-one, which I feel demonstrates his care for each patient as a whole. One of my main goals during my clinical education was to improve my manual skills and I felt that I could learn so much from Ron and his team of clinicians, as it was evident that his team values manual therapy and additional training past the entry-level skills.

About a year and a half later, I began my rotation at Pursuit. My time at Pursuit far surpassed my expectations. My clinical reasoning was challenged by the complex case load Ron sees and I felt that I have grown so much and learned to evaluate patients on a level that would not have been possible without learning from Ron. Additionally Ron and his team gave me valuable experience practicing advanced manual therapy skills which I will certainly use as I transition into being a clinician. Further more, Ron has build Pursuit on strong Christian principles which are evident in the way he treats his patients and his staff with a service-filled heart and core Christian values that are integral for providing high-quality, patient-centered care, perhaps the most important reason I was drawn to Pursuit.

If you are looking for a clinical site that will challenge your clinical reasoning and patient care, please reach out to Ron. I cannot recommend Pursuit enough to patients and students.

Pain is a part of everyday life since I was diagnosed 2 years ago with multiple sclerosis. My mom had been asking me to try dry needling due to success she had with it post back surgery. I came to Dr. Trey skeptic about the possibility of anything being able to truly make an impact on this pain, but in the time I have seen him I have noticed a difference/decrease in my everyday pain. I appreciate his willingness to research what the best treatment plan for someone like me would be and not just doing a general approach. Thanks for all you do.

Dr. Michael Fabrick helped me tremendously! I came in with awful neck pain, that I've been having for a year now. I've gone to chiropractors, doctors, etc and they only provided.temporary relief that wouldn't solve the real issue. After seeing Dr. Fabrick after one session, I felt so much better. I saw him 1-2x/week for 3-4 weeks, and my neck feels so much better. I have better movement, don't have to stretch or crack my neck all the time, and all the pain I have had has disappeared. Additionally, I have had ear ringing ever since the start of my neck pain. Dr. Fabrick said that the neck pain may be the cause of it. Since seeing him, the ringing has decreased Aton. He did dry needling on me, and it has changed my life! Dr. Fabrick has helped me so much, I highly recommend seeing him and Pursuit overall. They will take great care of you.

What a awesome place! The team at pursuit is truly amazing. I’ve been dealing with trap and shoulder pain for some years now. I have tried many different avenues to help relieve the pain and get back to my normal with not much success until I came into pursuit. I saw Trey and he did some needling on me and I was amazed after a couple sessions how I felt. I have not felt this good in years! I can’t say enough good things about this place. Huge thanks to Trey! I’m back in gym and feeling great.

I've been dealing with lower back pain from a bulging disc on and off for about 10 years now. I've gone to several PT places in the beginning, getting minimal benefit out of it. My back pain started getting severe again so I decided to give PT one more try before considering surgery. I've had such a great experience at Pursuit with Dr. Michael Fabrick. He listened to my goals of wanting to not just reduce my pain but get back into an active lifestyle. At other PT places I've been to, I would do some very mild exercises, stretch, and ice. With Dr. Fabrick there was a lot more attention to strengthening exercises and I was doing exercises that I hadn't done before. I was also given a list of exercises and some stretches do to on my own which I took seriously and did several times a week outside of PT. Towards the end of my PT Dr. Fabrick had to leave on travel so I switched over to Dr. Trey Martin and their student intern Stephen who I also highly recommend. I've only met great people here who care. I went in with very low hopes of getting better and have come out with results that have surpassed my expectations. I've been very gradually getting back into squatting and deadlifts which I haven't done in years and just got back into martial arts after a few months break, all without being in pain.

After having not recovered my full mobility from a previous injury, when I had injured my shoulder I knew that I wanted to professional assistance to ensure that my shoulder would not be permanently affected. I was referred to Pursuit Physical Therapy and I am happy to report that I have regained full use of my shoulder.
The entire rehab process was seamless and was customized to fit my specific needs. Dr. Fabrick’s communication skills were top notch, so I never wondered how I was doing or what to expect throughout the process. If I had not gone to Dr. Fabrick, I am pretty confident my shoulder mobility would be significantly less than it is now. I cannot recommend Dr. Fabrick or Pursuit Physical Therapy highly enough.

I've been treated by not only by owner Dr. Ron Miller, who is phenomenal, but also, most recently, by Dr. Trey Martin. What I like about the practice is that the team is knowledgable about addressing pain and injury as well as other aspects of treatment and therapy (like what one should do on their own after treatment). Dr. Martin is an athlete himself so, as a triathlete who has beaten my body up, I felt educated on various aspects of physiology as well as training that I need to keep in mind to remain healthy, injury and pain free. Highly recommend for either a single visit to try them out or as your go-to PT office.

I am a physical therapist and decided to seek help for my neck pain. All I can do is echo the sentiments of so many others who have visited Pursuit Physical Therapy. The team at Pursuit treats you with compassion and respect. This is the way healthcare should operate. I highly recommend this group, especially Michael Fabrick.

I had herniated a few disks years ago, and out of nowhere, back pain and nerve issues flared up again. When this type of thing happens with the back, your mind thinks the worst; back surgery, not being able to be active anymore, etc. I knew I wanted to avoid surgery if at all possible and strengthen my core and back to the point where this doesn't happen again. I wanted a place that would give 1: 1 attention, and not just get rid of the pain, but help me get back to working out/lifting and being as active as possible. After searching online, and looking at the reviews, I knew pursuit was the place to help with that. Ron set me up with Trey and right from the first visit I felt a huge impact. I didn't have to wait long to see results. First the pain disappeared, and then we worked on mobility, before moving to strengthening. I was dead lifting again for the first time in 5 years. It's now been months since I finished my last session with Trey and things are still great. Trey still reaches out from time to time to check in. If you have aspirations to not just be pain free, but active again, I couldn't recommend a better place than Pursuit. The 1: 1 care and attention to detail is second to none. I owe a big thanks to them, and highly recommend them for physical therapy.
