My mom tried to call to set up an appointment for my brother because he missed his appointment by 1 minute but they had construction blocking the dmv and they tried find a way in, the guy answered and my mom told them the situation and asked if there was any openings we drove 1 hour and a half and she was very respectful and the guy hung up on her. So rude! 1 minute late? And they had the front blocked! He could’ve said “no I’m sorry there’s no openings”. It’s just very upsetting.

Excellent service, John is very helpful and very nice guy. Very easy and quick to change address of our DL. The front desk lady is also nice and friendly. I like my new DMV office.

Shortest visit ever in the DMV. Got called back almost immediately and got an out of state title transfer completed quickly. Thank you to Victoria for your friendly service and for helping complete all the paperwork.

Had an expected wait of 30 minutes to renew license plate registration the staff was courteous it was around lunch hour so the staff was only partially there once I had received my turn there were no hang ups or difficulties to my knowledge they only will accept and or cash normal fees apply

Well it would be nice if this office knew what they were doing when it comes to reinstateing a driver's license!

Had an appointment that they were not showing and then the wait was too long after showing them the confirmation letter.

The employees are rude, don’t want to help, Linda her self is stupid and shouldn’t be in office. When you renew something online if there is a problem for any reason they should contact you especially if you call down there 3 times 3 different days. Will go out of town for sure now. And Linda will not have my vote next time!

Getting very frustrated with this website and trying to schedule an appointment for my daughter's first time drivers license, I keep finding information but not the actual ability to schedule.

The DMV is never a fun place to go to but I have never had a bad experience. Such friendly people and always ready with the answers to your questions. Great people.

These people have the rudest customer service ever! The lady never identified herself and proceeded to talk over me. She kept interrupting me while I was talking so she couldn’t never get the info she needed to assist me. When I said you keep interrupting me while I’m talking she said I know. I said that’s why we can’t get anything accomplished because you keep interrupting me. I don’t want to spend my entire lunch on the phone explaining when you could’ve listened and been off the phone within 5 minutes. The worse service ever. Avoid calling by all costs because you may get her, in fact just go to another office if you can.

They accused my friend of cheating but he dont carry a device he was treated cruelly with no evidence

Both the young ladies that assisted me, one at the check in and the other that took care of my title transfer were absolutely wonderful. Very pleasant and knowledgeable.

Outstanding! Went in to transfer the truck and bike titles and ended up getting both titles, a request sent to our credit union to transfer the RV title, both of our voter registrations and our drivers license all at the same time thanks to Tammy

They were very nice and I didn't have to wait very long. Bought a two year tag and parking permit for my car the permit was free.

Was in and out in about an hour. Was busy but they kept things moving. Kim was very polite to my daughter as she was getting her learner's permit. The only downside was sticker shock of the price but that is set by the state.

The lovely lady that waited on my son and I was a very pleasant person. Definitely a keeper.

Very friendly staff, not too busy. Nancy was a great help, very patient and didn’t quit until she solved my problem.
