My husband's car has been there for almost 2 months and the insurance already paid him all the money and they have not done anything, they just tell us that parts are missing and they do nothing, they are irresponsible, unprofessional, they abuse one. They play with the needs of the other and one goes through many difficulties because here you need a car to work but they don't care

Terrible service, had to come back multiple times because car wasn’t ready. They also stripped my car of the button that opens the trunk and replaced is with a cheap light that doesn’t even turn on. Wouldn’t recommend to anyone

This is a tow yard masquerading as a repair shop. They use tow truck drivers to "recommend" their shop when people are in distress dealing with an accident. They get your car and if you decide you don't want them to do the work they have fees that they never mentioned. Of course storage fees are Normal but real repair shops don't charge gate fees, administration fees (for insurance paperwork they never did), lift fees, cleaning fees. Mind you all this is cash only something else they don't mention until you are there on sire. This is a small tactic hoping you return the next day with the cash which is another day of storage. This place is a full scam.

This place is horrendous, The front desk Jesenia Perez is the worst person, very rude, unprofessional, and do not know how to treat people with respect. If u want to get a good dervice Do not use this company.

The owner is lying, we removed all of our personal beloging the next day but you still manage to keep my car in yor property for another week to charge my insuran extra money. To all people out there do not fall for this SCAM

Q motors of miami is the best place to get your car fixed! They are very quick and very helpful. They are very informative about the process and are always available when you have questions. Wouldn’t have done it with anybody else.

They are the worst shop in Miami. I had an accident where I was hit and the tow truck took it to this workshop, when my lawyer called the workshop they did not give it importance and left him waiting for hours and hours, very bad service. When my insurance tried to contact them, the shop kept making excuses for not working with my insurance and left them waiting in line for hours. When I tried to contact them they told me that they were busy, that they would call me back but they never called me back. I had to call them every day because if not, my car would have spent months with them without resolving anything. The receptionist Yesenia gives very bad service, she is very rude, very rude and not professional at all.

In short, my experience was awful and inconvenient. They never contacted me with updates and didn’t send me necessary paperwork (after agreeing to), prompting me to travel 2 hours to their office so I could sign in person. Would not recommend.

This people are scammers stay away, they sit and do nothing to help people they are bunch of liars including that crack head yessenia they just sit and wait to rack up fees for storage, they have no honor. I hope they go to hell for taking advantage of people going through a bad moment after a car accident. This shop should be closed.

I don't usually leave a review but we had the most horrible experience at this place and I hope that our experience helps someone to be careful before going there, they are not very professional in the work they supposedly do, when you call them very kindly to ask how the situation with your car is going on, a lady named Yesenia always answers and she is very rude, she is not good for customer service, she does not have the slightest education to answer calls, she closes the phone and leaves someone hanging on the line, they kept our car for more than two months to charge more. Definitely look at the negative reviews they have because I'm sure the positive ones are pure scam.

A tow truck affiliated with Q Motors stopped by my accident and offered to tow me to Q Motors where he said they would offer to pay my deposit and give me a rental car.
Once I arrived they said they wouldn't provide a rental Car. Red Flag #1
They immediately started telling me my car was totatled and it would probably take about 3 weeks.
They provided and estimate of around $4300 to the Insurance company. This was far from being totaled. 3 weeks has gone bye.
5 weeks goes by and they say that there is more to the cost of the repairs. It takes them about two weeks to submit for the suplemental request.
2 Months Later now my car is considered totaled even though it was worth $16,000.
I found out after they were holding the car for 8 weeks they tried to get $150 a day in storage fees. They were charging my insurance company $10,000.
There plan seems to drag their feet do no work and then bill the insurance company $150 a day to store the vehicles.
It is a SCAM. STAY AWAY.
Also the receptionist Yessenia will put you on hold for 20 minutes then hang up on you. She did this repeatedly to me and also to my insurance company. They also said they would save the personal items for me. I left my perscription sunglasses in my car. When I went to pick up the car they said they are not allowed to go in the car. They think you are dumb and will lie to you. I never met a slower, lazy and corrupt auto body shop in my life.

I am so thankful for Q motors. The girl at the front desk was so kind and helpful. The negative reviews do not represent the good work these people do. They even fixed things in my car that weren't in my estimate. I know they care for my car's longevity and my safety. I recommend Q motors to everyone in Miami.you will not find a more honest and experienced group of people. Thank you Q motors! You all are a bendicion!
