Q's Crackin Crab & Seafood Kitchen reviews
15First off, the food was amazing. I ordered the Juicy Garlic Shrimp Bowl on rice. The rice was SUPER moist and full of perfectly balanced spices. So yummy. The coleslaw is homemade and very fresh. My husband got the fried fish combo and it was also very fresh. But…. The place is kind of dumpy. The furniture is very uncomfortable. We had to try three different tables before we found a table that wasn’t either wobbling or sticky. They need to upgrade the room to match the food. Overall I would recommend eating here for sure. Especially if you prioritize great food over ambiance.
We went for my mother's birthday. The food was very tasty! I think for the price, another cluster would have felt more worth while. I also wonder, why a 'Crab' themed restaraunt doesn't use 'Real' Crab in their Seafood Rice and Mac & Cheese!? !? They actually use the fake crab meat (Surimi)!? !? Things that make you go, Hmmm!? !? I'd def go back and from what I hear, they are going to be opening a new location, in Melbourne at or near the airport!? I see there is a big jump in this Seafood Boil game with many choices available now in the area. I guess I'll have to hit them all to determine my 'Go-To' place.
Cheese grits are my comfort food and very hard to find in the area, I was beyond excited to get fish and grits. The grits are and definitely will be going back!
The crab legs, potatoes, corn and Mac & cheese were so tasty! Great choice for a great meal.
Prior to ordering the trio platter I asked if there were going to be two whole crabs, the girl cashier said yes. By the time the food came my girlfriend and I realized “two snow-crabs” meant one snow-crab broken into two LOL.
Had the girl come over to verify if I they had made a mistake and she said she told me they were “crab clusters”. If they have audio recordings at the register than this kid either didn’t know what she was talking about or she just simply lied.
I should’ve take a photo cause the photo online for the trip platter looked nothing like what we ordered.
Extremely disappointed to spend nearly $100 and have most of our crab legs EMPTY. All of our party left hungry, and the fews employees there didn’t care. I really don’t understand how this place has so many good reviews or is even open. Not to mention how dirty it was, portion sizes of the crab legs and the fact that parts of my crab were actually ice cold- we should’ve left like we wanted when we first got there but only stayed because my daughter wanted crab. I would never recommend this place in a million years.
We were on vacation from Plant City Florida. We found this restaurant only 7 minutes away from our airbnb. Great service lots of food, And got to watch the college game there. I wish they could put one in lakeland or plant city.
Premium dish had imitation crab.seems more basic than Premium. Potatoes were mushy as if from previous day recooked. Drinks were amazing though. Utensils needed for crab legs were not provided. To be that close to the ocean the seafood barely meets walmart standards.
Best comfort food around! We ordered shrimp bowls with seafood mac for takeout the first time - hearty and delicious, great leftovers too. Today I tried the crab cluster with potatoes, corn, and steamed veggies which was juicy, well-seasoned, and fantastic! Staff are always friendly and the restaurant feels sunny and spacious inside.
What an amazing meal we just had. We found Q's Crackin Crab to be a great value and great food. Their seasonings are proprietary and incredibly tasty. The seafood mac 'n' cheese is incredible. And you gotta try the pineapple lemonade.
This hands down was some of the best seafood I've ever had.
Was in town for a trip with a bunch of friends and really wanted some seafood. Heard from some locals that this was the spot to check out.
We were absolutely not disappointed. Upon arriving there was a dj spinning some amazing jams to make the atmosphere even better.
Everyone including myself in my party were beyond amazed with the food portions, quality and taste. I will absolutely be returning any single time I'm in the area.
We ordered the cracking seafood trio platter and were very happy. The sauce the seafood is cooked in is tasty. Loved the rice too
You know the goods good when there are buckets in the tables and you leave with a messy shirt.
Seriously AMAZING food. I’ve been looking for great seafood and this place wins. 10/10 would drive all the way back to Cocoa beach just for this food. Place is also clean, the staff are friendly, and great atmosphere
The food was not hot and portion for the price is very small now I must say the shrimps are very big. I drove along way and it just wasn"t worthh it
