Quail Roost Animal Hospital reviews
11This is no longer a place I would be willing to take my pets. Clearly seem more focused on making money then taking care of animals. I have been overcharged on several occasions. This would not be so bad if the issue was resolved but had to go pay another vet so my pet could get better.
Dr. Guerrero and his team are kind, caring professionals. Have trusted our pets' health care to Dr "G" for many years.
Bad service staff has a bad attitude didn’t provide me with an estimate at all never go there again they won’t provide you with an estimate if you say ok they will charge you harm and leg is a morkie don’t even weigh 2 pound there visit are 44 when another place are 38 stop taxing so much for everything especially now with these situation y’all make it worse
Hi first time experience at this office the staff is very nice however just a note for anybody that's going to see the doctor. Please look very closely. The doctor provides the necessary injections his hands are very quick so you are unable to see if he's actually giving the dog the medication. Not doubting him but please be vigilant and keep an eye on the doctor at all times to make sure that his hands aren't too quick.
The staff are friendly & kind. Dr Guerrero & Dr Moreno are by far one of the best in Dade County. They are professional, kind, compassionate & have great paciencia in explaining details. Place always clean & friendly. Thank you to them & all their staff for everything.
Incredible first time experience. Both the Vet, Johnny and the friendly staff. Pam at the front desk was so sweet and welcoming. It truly was a warm experience.
Very professional and clean! The doctor is extremely knowledgable and gave us great advice on how to treat our puppy!
Looking forward to a lifelong partnership at quail roost animal hospital.
Quail Roost Animal Hospital has been around for decades. This establishment is clean and the staff is very friendly. They have a very large waiting room which helps when bringing in your dog/cat for an appointment.
I took my cat there after reading internet reviews. The reviews were correct. Awesome experience all around. My cat was close to death with kidney failure and they brought him back.
Dr. Julio Ibanez and all his staff are extremely professional, compassionate, kind, and helpful. Very clean facility also you are allowed with your pet - in our case dogs- always ; all steps of care as it is safe. They won’t let a pet go without care due to $$ if possible they will help out with payment plans, discounts.or ultimately worst case scenario recommend charity options facilities.
All our dogs have been treated by their team since the early 80’s. We will miss you! Well deserved rest and move on with the rest of your life. THANK YOU!
Welcome Dr. G!

My frenchie began with diarreah and then he stated blood diarreah and throw up. I was so worried for him. I live in sunrise (40 miles from the vet) and my friend recommended doctor Johnny to us because of his reasonable prices comprared to other vets and great service. We called him very early in the morning and received us immediately. Treated our dog with the utmost professionalism and service. His staff was great too and friendly. I would truly recommend him and his staff if your pet becomes ill. The next day I even got a follow up call from the vet himself to see how our frenchie was doing.
My family has been going to this vet for years. Dr. Ibanez is an extraordinary veterinarian. This is one vet that truly puts the animal's needs first. My mom's dog recently became very ill. She was so weak; she wouldn't eat and was passing a lot of blood. She ended up having to have a blood transfusion and was on around the clock watch to make sure everything was OK afterward. Even when my mom brought her back home, Dr. I called every day until her next appointment just to make sure she was doing well. That little extra step really made my mom feel at ease. She's made a full recovery and is back to being a happy little dog.
