Shopping center needs to look at parking. Spots are to narrow. There have been many parking spots eliminated due to a fancy round about.

Have by far the best Chinese food restaurant I have had n my whole 28 years of living highly recommended

Its okay there but not the best. And I hate going there at night because it feels a little creepy, with people popping up by your window to ask for money or something.

The only place I visited was a hidden gem called Subs & BBQ. Oh my Lordy. This is camouflaged as they all have to abide by having the same style of signage in these strip malls down US1 / S. Dixie Hwy.

You can sit and order. Their Philly cheese steak sub was the beat I've had in years and the girl/woman who took my order (Nelly) was the most cheerful, down-to-earth and up-beat server I've seen for a minute.

5 stars all the way. When we finished dining a manager or owner came by asking how our experience was and if we needed anything.

A hidden gem within the middle of this strip mall. You Have To Go.

It's not my favorite shopping center I only go in there for one thing and that's for a Cuban bakery and they make the greatest sandwiches all kinds of Cuban sandwiches and it's a tiny Bakery but it's great that's the only thing I visit there for

Right now under reconstruction but has a good variety of businesses that need support. Ups store, harbor freight several restaurants. Parking is messy but ok

Lots of free parking and a large selection of retail stores. This strip mall will give you some exercise walking

Love my Dollar General at Quail Roost Plaza.the manager is awesome, and the associates are so nice.

The tag agency here is always busy so parking is a problem. The Chinese restaurant Grand China is great. Even has a lunch buffet. But traffic in this shopping center is usually bad. Parking spaces are small and there is a huge bump in the middle of the parking lot close to the sub shop.

This area was popping back in the day. But business wise it still has many good shops. RIP TOYRUS

Good shopping center for various needs. Anything from good food to tag agency services. There's also a FedEx and a few shopping stores that may interest you.

Good luck on finding some good parking. This place is a hit or miss affair. Some days you find a bargain, but other days some of the Spanish folk are so attitudinal and outrageous you just wished that you stayed home and had a blunt and a V8.

The closest FedEx Office to my home is here. I had a package held for pickup. The shopping center is a bit tight for parking as a lot of older shopping centers in South Miami are. Besides the FedEx Office there is a Pinecrest Bakery, a Auto Tag Office, An Amscot, pet grooming shop Boston Market and a number of other stores I can't recall.
It's easier to get in and out if you are going north on US1. Driving south is a bit if a pain as you have to cross 2 lanes of US1 which is never easy.

By any chance, do anybody knows who’s the property management form Quail Roost Drive Shopping Center?

I shop here all the time almost really everyday with my family friends we come here to eat at different restaurants here like the Chinese restaurant and sub restaurant up there, and they also have coffee shop too.if you need like your tag and car Insurance, decal for your car tag. Plus its really convenient because everything is right there in one shopping center so you don't have to go so far and I really like that because some people in that area have to drive so far just for the simple things they need. It's just really convenient for everyone and for every day shopping

Most bussineses are closed its Sunday night only Boston Market and the Dollar store open and some bakery the desserts will put you in to diabetic coma.
