Terrible attention! I took my mom's pet to do the paperwork to leave the country.the doctor, a pedant who didn't even let me ask questions, immediately sent us to a cardiologist and an orthopedist who told us that the dog is wrong and that's not the case! Then I had to postpone my mom's trip when I called they gave me a new cost and at the appointment they raised me double! When I made the claim they told me they can't do anything! And it is not like that, they are a negotiated!

They don’t answer phone calls. Called three times literally 20 minutes each time with no answer

Friendly staff. They know what they are doing. They have the right medications. My dogs always get the care they need.

This doctor is unprofessional, he does not love animals, what he loves is money, he kept me waiting for the result of my pet for more than two days, he never returned my calls, whenever I called, they told me that he was busy, I had to spend more money and go to another vet and do the tests again. I will never go back to this place again, I do not recommend it, I have said

I always feel great taking Molly to Quality, they're always so friendly and sweet to my dog. Molly herself is happy to be there and comfortable with the doctor. They don't sell you on things you don't need, they genuinely care about the animals and its obvious from the moment you walk through the door.

I had an amazing experience at Quality Care Animal Hospital and I will definitely continue to take my dog here moving forward.

I had a highly unfortunate situation with my 9-year old American Bulldog/Boxer mix dog where she developed pyometra after her last heat. After taking her to a vet in Ft. Lauderdale (who was of no help), I brought my dog to Quality Care where we discovered that she had pyometra (a fast-developing, serious condition in the uterus). During her first visit, the vet and nurses took great, careful care of her and did all the necessary X-rays, ultrasounds, and blood tests that same day. By the end of the appointment, they scheduled my dog in for surgery the next morning. *They would've done the surgery that night if the condition was more grave*

The morning of her surgery, I brought her in once the office opened so they could start her on the IV. In the end, we were super fortunate and Lulu's surgery was successful! We brought her back throughout the weekend for additional IV fluids and I dropped her off knowing she was in good hands. They sent us home with all of the necessary medications/antibiotics (which were all included in the invoice when calculating the surgery costs).

During each visit the office was very considerate for both my family and dog. All of the vets and nurses were very informative, patient, and kind which was a huge help during the whole process considering this was my first experience with pyometra and my dog's situation was very serious.

After the surgery, Cassi, the office manager, advised me to keep her updated throughout the next 2 weeks between her surgery and follow-up appointment. I emailed her consistently and she was great in responding on time with informative feedback as Lulu was recovering. Cassi even called during her free time to check-up on Lulu and give additional advice and tips on caring for our dog post-surgery! During her 2-week follow-up appointment, they assessed her condition (which was a lot better than expected). Both vets that I talked with during her initial and follow-up appointments were amazing and very knowledgeable.

I am sharing all of this information to show the love and care that Quality Care has shown to me and my dog. If you are considering taking your dog here for any condition or as their permanent vet, then I would highly recommend!
