Derek saved the day! He helped me and my kids get home when our tires were low on air! Sweetest person I encountered all week
Great service and expertise on site! Highly recommend this place!

Anthony and his team has worked on my car since it was purchased. The work is always done in a timely manner and very fairly priced. I recommend him to all family and friends if you are considering choosing Quality Garage I promise you will be satisfied and even more.

Owner of this garage does not take accountability to try and repair damage done while a vehicle is in his garage. His garage damaged the paint on the hood of my vehicle by not taking proper precautions when doing work that entails working within a gas tank. Even if there is only a 1% chance that gas can spew out - it takes only one minute to cover the area around the gas hole to be proactive and ensure the job done is without having gas run down the front of the vehicle. Does not matter what kind of finish the paint is on the car - protect the work area to minimize mess and potential issues that come from not protecting the work area, or if gas spews - wipe up the mess right away, don't let it sit on the paint and damage it. Very disappointed in him that his attitude was that the paint was spray on (this is a vintage car), and not the usual paint on a car, so because it's not modern paint, he feels he's absolved from any responsibility to attempt to fix what he damaged. Poor customer service, and Zero trust in this garage.
In response to your comments made after my review of your business -
Please be truthful and not insult people's intelligence - nobody who owns a business would EVER provide $1000 of free work on a vehicle.
We paid over $550 for the work you state you performed (and it still pulls to the right which was one of the issues I asked you to repair). So because of your statement made, I guess everyone out there needs to be aware that prior to work being performed, the car will be evaluated by you on the quality of the paint job on it - and that will determine whether or not you want to work on a car. Ok, that is strange, but whatever. That car was always been and will forever remain inside our garage so the damage you caused and as you stated to us - was a result of the gas spurting out of the fuel hole and running down the hood of the car. You could have been proactive to protect a customer's car from damage, or since you said yourself, the gas spurted out - why not wipe it up as soon as possible instead of letting it sit on a car - Gasoline is corrosive, no matter the type of paint job or material it sits on.
All I can say is Wow, and that I am glad that I found out how you operate before I wasted any more money at your business - still unbelievable that you did absolutely nothing to "resolve and fix it", please don't lie to make a bad situation worse.
You needed to only get the damaged area, sanded and repainted - I was not asking for a whole car paint job - only that one area damaged by you. You stated to me - "It was an accident" and felt that because of that, nothing will be done to correct it.
An accident or not being proactive, is understandable, we are human and are not perfect. We all have made mistakes, but normally a person would not state because it was an accident that we will not be accountable for our actions to try and rectify the issue.
Accountability is a good trait to have, but you don't want to do that and prefer to place blame and lie. You did not do your "part in making things right". That is bad customer service.

I've known Anthony for a couple years now and I visit this shop regularly, this guy fixes my cars at a drop of a hat, and also is so knowledgeable. He goes above and beyond to make sure the customer is happy and even works within your financial budget, I don't think you could find a better mechanic in the area especially someone who deals with specific makes and models of vehicles like he does. I can't express how appreciative I am to have a mechanic this good in my local area. He's done everything from fixing a max airflow sensor on my daily driver to a complete rewiring job on my 1970s VW, I show up to this shop with an issue about a car and without warning and he either fixes it or schedules a day to bring it in to be fixed. Love this shop can't ask for better.

Doesn't do what he says. Bad person toward women. Do not go here if you are a woman.
