Quality Inn Bradenton North I-75 reviews
18Room was fine but when it came to charging for my room they made a couple of extra charges. They charged me 220 after I paid for my room at check in. They couldn't explain the charge and said it would be refunded. Well here we are 4 days later and still not refunded. I called and they were very rude and told me to quit calling and to call my bank. I do not recommend staying here or giving them your card number.
I stayed two nights. The room was clean and big, the bed was comfortable too. My main problem was the breakfast what was very poor and low quality. But as I was on a tour and stayed in couple of other hotels later, I realized the hotel breakfast is just simply horrible in the States. I mean don't even try to compare it to European hotel's food. The swimming pool's water was pretty cold.
The service was very poor. My family and I were racially profiled and robbed by this institution. I called over the phone asking for a kings suite, speaking with the owner; I was told there were none available. When I arrived to the property asking the same question, a woman says one is available. Once I paid for the room, the owner comes out the office. I expressed my gratitude but recieved a cold shoulder. During check out, I asked for my deposit back. I was told no. I asked why, the owner said I was smoking marijuana inside the room. Obviously I protested, asked to see camera proof. The police was called on me. Once the police arrived, the two officers said it didn't smell like anything but was unable to get money back. I'd have to take them to small claims court. So here I am trying to recieve what is owed to me. I was racially profiled for being a black man asking for a king suite.
We had a room extremely close and directly across from the pool and they put so much chlorine in the pool that apparently the air conditioning unit was pulling the chlorine fumes into our room and the smell was so strong that it was burning our eyes and making it difficult to breathe. We called the front desk and ask them if we could be moved to another room they told us to hold on and they would check and call us back. We waited about 20 minutes but no one called us back so I called back to the front desk again only to get put on hold, I hung up and called back again two more times and the phone just kept ringing. My husband went to the front desk to see what was going on and if they're going to give us another room or not. They didn't offer ANY help! Besides this issue, the tub floor was disgusting. If I could I'd give them a zero. Best to go elsewhere if cleanliness is important.
Horrible stay i pay $ 333,90 for one night, ants and cockroaches i went to the front desk she say the boss coming in the morning i can talk to him, i ask what i do now she say can’t do anything
I don’t recommend this play to any body
Sorry for my post but the people is not agradable here
I really liked the fact the housekeeper refreshed the towels and cleaned, remade bed after the first night of two. Everything was cleaned. This was the second weekend my family stayed and really had no issues. The staff was overall friendly. The breakfast was good.
This is a great location for me and my staff. The Manger is very rude and nasty. I will not be staying with Quality Inn in the future.
Stayed for business and was surprised. First off the room was very clean which is always a huge plus for me. The walls looked freshly painted and clean as well. Linens and pillows were soft and comfy. Proximity to venue was a huge plus as it was just under 10 miles away. I definitely enjoyed how close most gas stations and restaurants were. A 1-2 minute walk gets you over to a Waffle House and some other nearby eateries. The pool area was super clean and tidy. The location seemed to be pretty quiet and had a nice view of a pond/lake just outside the room. Staff was friendly and the breakfast in the morning was a plus and gave my son and I the fuel for our day. Options were: eggs, sausage, toast, pancakes/waffles that you make yourself, yogurts, cereal juices and some fruits. So far this has been the best Quality Inn experience. Good job Bradenton!
Full of cockroaches and refused to do anything about it. 2 stars because the breakfast was decent
Great place to stay. Nice, clean and very comfortable beds to relax and sleep. Great breakfast as well.
We were quoted one price over the phone, but at check in it was much higher. Breakfast ends at 8: 30, but when on vacation we prefer to sleep in a bit.
The hotel's front desk clerk was very nasty upon checking in. I definitely will not be back!
Beautiful lake view and close to many amenities. The room was ok, and the pool definitely needs to be cleaned more.
This hotel was easy to find, had a huge breakfast area, a pool and small coin-operated laundry on each floor. The best part of the whole stay was the front desk guy, David, who was a welcoming presence glad to help any way he could to accommodate your stay.
This motel is old and very tired. During Covid they were serving hot buffet food which certainly should’ve been against all the rules. Those sheets were clean but I was waiting for a little creatures to start running the floor
This hotel is great Debbie the receptionist is sweet decent nice person. The rooms very clean the breakfast is very delicious and the area is very very quiet and peaceful. I would love to come back at the quality inn at 62727 14th st west Bradenton, Fl. 34207.i would recommend anyone
coming to this hotel. I have had a great experience and would return back as soon as i could.
I wish I could give no star. If you're looking for a cheap place to stay here it is. The hotel and rooms are old. The bare minimum is done. House keeping super rude especially when you need something (towels, tissue, fresh sheets). The front desk staff was very friendly though. The breakfast was ok but you are near Starbucks, Waffle House, and McDonald's. Not to mention the pool levels were not properly maintained and they were shut down during our stay. I would never stay at this hotel again.
Service was pretty poor. Lobby has cranky lady that tried to get me to go to another hotel and seemed mad that I had a reservation and she couldn't turn us away. Toilet could barely flush toilet paper and the shower head is at 5 feet so I had to bend over to wash my head. Hotel staff started knocking on the door early in the morning after we checked in at midnight. Couldn't get any breakfast the doors to lobby were still locked at 6: 30 when I left for the airport.
