Quality Inn Lakeland North

No complaints…everything was perfect! Clean, quiet, friendly staff…
They also have Spanish-speaking staff who are very helpful!
I would like them to include a good daily breakfast, it would be wonderful!

Had a great night stay at the Quality Inn on North 98 in Lakeland.didn't have a problem with getting a room the front desk clerk Stacy was awesome her customer service skills is a plus so checking in went great. Checking out the next morning was great she had a long line with out any help and all the guest was checked out and gone, Stacy is a very hard worker and she does her job well she going to make Quality Inn a five star hotel.

Most unaccommodating place I've ever seen in my life. Wish I never wasted my time dealing with them.

Room was clean and bed was comfy. Would have liked to have had a third pillow as the ones on the bed were nice but go flat.

Lamp by the bed was broken and when I went to check for a plug there wasn't one for the lamp. So why have a busted lamp in the room at all? Lol. The phone in the room didn't work either, no big deal but it would have made it easier to call the front desk when we couldn't find the remote controll. You have to turn the shower as far hot as you can to get it a tad over warm. The sink had no hot water at all. Breakfast comes in a brown paper bag. Otherwise the bed was great and the lady at the front desk was nice.
We had room 231, just so you know which one doesn't have working lights and phone.

Bathroom outdated has rust and mold ac on 65 and still hot worse sleep ever tv small 32 in room outdated won't be back here

Terrible service, they gave us a room that had a very musty smell and there was wet on the air window, we asked for another room and it was the same, we left the place and they charged us twice for the room, although after some calls they returned it, we They charged for the cleaning, until now they have not returned that money no matter how many calls I make, they only say that they will tell the manager and they never return the call and when I call, they only say that they have not been able to solve anything

Stayed for 4 days on business.
-Bed was firm
-Water pressure GREAT
-Hot water low to poor did not pull the skin from by bones!
-Hotel is in remodel but this did not pull down from the star rate.
-Staff very nice
-No business center
-No Continental breakfast
-Restaurant closed for remodel
-number of outlets in room-low had to unplug dest lamp and tv for my computer and phones.

The room was awful, not clean at all. I had to go out and buy towels and a blanket didn’t feel comfortable sleeping in the bed at all. Shower was only warm not hot at all. It definitely wasn’t worth the money.

This hotel mistakenly charged my credit card over 700 dollars and the lady at the front is rude and denying information when they made a mistake. Then after a day of waiting the manager (jason) still has no idea what happened, and the front desk lady said the guy that gave them the card ran off when they confronted them and the manager was yelling at me for calling asking what the status of refunding my 700 dollars was. Worst customer service ever. I am sure the standards of the rooms are very low.

It was clean and comfortable. They never returned my $100 deposit! They said there was no record of me paying it! What do you mean? You know it's mandatory to Pay a $100 deposit to stay here and I've been here 5 days but when I check out and ask for my deposit back you can't find it! Very disappointing! I travel a lot for work but won't be staying here again! I work hard for my money and don't appreciate being robbed of my money! Bad business quality inn!

Right in the middle of everything, 5 minutes from the mall, there's a Waffle House right in front, and several other restaurants nearby! The pool is nice, but there's no shade. Since it's right by I-4, it's an easy 45 minutes to an hour to get to Disney and Orlando one way and thirty minutes to get to Tampa the other way.

The counter help upon arrival was very nice and as most Choice hotels booking was easy. The rooms however were horrendously disgusting. The furniture was old, worn, and revoltingly stained to the point they likely wouldn't be accepted for donation. The carpet is reminiscent of a decrepit skating rink, and I'm being nice, that I had to wear shoes while walking around the room. While not unclean the bathroom was broken, stained, and otherwise unfit for occupancy let alone usage. You get the idea the place is gross. I would have left it alone keeping a mental note that in my very frequent stops in Lakeland to avoid this place but they KEPT texting me to give them a review. They only ask you a question about satisfaction that if answered in the negative goes into no public forum. This place is terrible and terribly kept. Avoid at all cost.

Hotel is old and in need of upgrades. Service from desk to maid service to maintenance was GREAT. Location was really handy.

DO NOT STAY HERE! I would give 0 stars if I could. The staff was so rude I wanted to cancel as soon as I walked in. Once we got to our room the bathroom was not cleaned or stocked. The vents had black mold which is dangerous to your health. AND to top everything off their pool was not working. We called Choice for a refund but they stated that it was up to management. I will not be staying with a choice hotel ever again. The front desk people need fired. I heard them talking inappropriately about guests as they walked away from the front desk. Horrible.

They were very good to me here. The air conditioning in our room left a lot to be desired I didn't want to be in a hotel and still sweat but I was. At night it was much cooler

DO NOT STAY HERE! Staff is very rude.we couldn’t find any hotels due to hurricane idalia so we took a 40 min drive to Lakeland since it was the only option, once we got there a employee started yelling at us asking where we’re going and I proceeded to say to our room and he asked what number so I told him, and he said okay, he came back up to us and told us we had to go speak to the people in the front desk. The women at the front desk said how many people you have in your room I said “ 5 “ and she said “ no he said seen more people “ and I said “ no we have 3 adults and two kids. “ And she said we couldn’t stay there because we were a fire hazard. No only that but they took almost 700 bucks out of the card. Don’t recommend this location at all. Customer service is horrible.

Bad place. Bad musty smell. Air with mushrooms. Rooms with cockroaches. We left the place and other people too.

Apparently if you have 3 kids an 2 adults it’s an issue having 5 ppl in a room. Breakfast in a bag is an orange, juice box, water and 2 muffins. The older lady up front will ignore you and give you attitude when you ask for a “grab bag” ac suck barley gets cold. Bathroom by the pool is out. Laying in the beds to go to sleep was miserable the beds are hard as a rock an the blankets feel very cheap an itchy. 10/10 don’t recommend this place. Go down the road to the LA QUINTA INN
