My only issue was the door, the bottom was not sealed properly and you can see the light coming through which means bugs can come through. Breakfast was a 10/10. And the pool was really nice.

Here you need a car to get to the parks, Uber works well too.
Rooms are big Cleanliness could be better. Pool could also use more attention from the staff.
Breakfast was unfortunately a smooth nothing,
there is a Wallmart nearby where you can stock up.

The assigned room smelled too damp, its lamps and curtains have mold. The microwave was rusty! I asked for help at Reception and we were attended (Cristiana) by a super attentive young woman who changed my room to the 3rd floor in much better condition. For this reason I really appreciate your kindness, she made the difference.

We loved our stay at this hotel. I visit the Orlando area frequently, and I’m always looking for the best hotel with the most budget friendly price tag. This may be one of my favorites so far. The rooms were very nice and well maintained. It did have a little longer drive from Disney World than I wanted, but it was manageable. The pool was very nice, and the people working the front desk were friendly. Our only complaint was that breakfast was a madhouse each morning, and we didn’t like the options they served on the buffet. I would definitely stay here again, but pack my own breakfast and skip the line.

A very quiet and pleasant place with spectacular breakfasts. Thank you all for your services.

The place is very well located and although it is a very safe place, for those of us who are used to closed hotels it gives the feeling of insecurity

Location is the best part of this hotel. It's close to Disney World. The rooms are ok but comparable to any cheap roadside hotel. The pool was a tad bit cold and no hot tub. Breakfast was good and the staff is great. They also have a computer with a printer to conduct business at night. I'd stay here again without question, especially if I was returning to Disney. No charge for parking. Free breakfast.

Room was very dated. Towel hook on the back of the door was falling out, so you couldn't use it. The shower didn't drain and the tiles were uneven. There was only one very tiny soap dish in the shower, so nowhere to put the essentials. It was shower only, no tub. I wouldn't recommend coming here with kids.

I would never stay at this location ever again. We arrived after Disney: We were initially given a room that smelled horribly of mildew and syrup.an extremely strong smell. I wiped the tops of the desk and dresser and there was tons of dirt on the rag I used. The caulk in the bathroom had quite a bit of mildew. I went to the front desk and requested a different room which was done without question which was nice to only be sent to another room that smelled like mildew along with dirt stains on the top comforter. At that point, it was late and we were tired so we dealt with it and left early in the morning. Breakfast: the juice was highly watered down and the food was low quality. The lobby was clean and inviting… unfortunately the rooms are not. Unfortunately, I’m spending time in the room… not in the lobby nor with the helpful staff. Owner replied I leave similar reviews for other hotels.yes, look at my thread. One review was great other than damage to the ceiling and the elevators causing a vibration and cracking ceiling. This was a couple weeks ago. Since then, the hotel has permanently been closed. I’m glad I made a huge deal of this safety issue. The other one is temporarily closed as well. As a provider to the public, we expect you to provide a safe and clean environment. Anyone can click on my name and follow the link to the motel to see this. Reviews are not to injure but to inform.

There are 2 different Quality Inns in the area. One where the parks are within walking distance. With this one drives about 30 minutes by car to Universal Studios. There is always a lot of traffic jams on the roads. The rooms are clean. However, you have to be careful not to clog the toilet. The breakfast is good by American standards.

This was a nice version of Quality Inn (like this review if you've stayed at some horrible Quality Inns). Check-in was easy. The rooms with king- size beds are really nice and comfortable. The showers were pretty good.

Where this motel fell desperately short was the breakfast room, which was completely over- crowded and didn't have the best options. Also, the elevator suddenly stopped working.

The negatives:
- When we first arrived, the sink was clogged, there was hair in the bathtub, and 2 holes in the shower wall.
- Housekeeping never did our room on day 3. (We left the room and removed the Do Not Disturb sign around 10am, which I guess meant we were too late to be eligible for housekeeping?)
- Multiple times, the shower was cold, even when on the hottest setting.
- The first night, we ordered from Thrilled Cheese via Door Dash, which was "delivered" but we never received. (This isn't Quality Inn's fault, but could be indicative of the location, so I'm mentioning it in this review anyway.)

The positives:
- The front desk people were nice and responsive.
- The continental breakfasts were good (waffle machine, fresh scrambled eggs and sausage, and a nice selection of other breakfast items).
- The location is just 15-25 minutes from Disney and Universal.
- It's very inexpensive compared to staying at an official Disney resort.

I am shocked that this place has such high reviews. I stayed with my husband (who’s name was on the reservation before you tell me you cannot find me in your system Mr. Manager and try to disregard my review). We walked into our room and immediately checked out. Disgusting rooms, stains on sheets, RUSTY “furniture” (if you could even call it that- looked like basic dorm room build-it-yourself furniture), and clearly smelly (but masked with a strong scent). We walked in and immediately tried looking for a new place to stay that night. I would never and will never stay at a Quality Inn and Suites. As someone who frequents Orlando, I can say there are way better places to stay for the same price. Heck, just drive a little further and you’ll get a way better experience anywhere else.

I deducted for the "Rooms" category and overall because the room was advertised (on Travelocity and United Airlines' Hotels search option) to have blackout curtains, but they 100% were NOT / did NOT do the job.

We were in an east facing room (with a pool view, tho I couldn't care less about that) and my toddler woke up with the sun, after not falling asleep (from excitement after our Disney day) til around 0100. Had I known how.insufficient.the curtains would be, I would've paid the extra $20 and driven a little bit further to stay the night at another hotel (where I KNOW the blackout curtains actually keep the room dark), since my toddler wakes up with the sun, without legit blackout curtains.

The service was GREAT and the location was SUPER convenient / close by to Disney. I saw that they offer a shuttle service to the park, but we didn't use it because I drove. Since my kids and I are night owls, I planned to stay at the parks til late and let everyone sleep in before we went to the parks, but the thin curtains wrecked those plans.

If you plan to get up early / the light doesn't bother anyone in the room, this value hotel is a GREAT bet, but it just wasn't a good fit for my family.

Extremely busy area! Traffic is a mess. Room was what we expected. People were exceptionally nice. Breakfast was good.

Some of the reviews had me worried, but I was pleasantly surprised! It was clean, very clean. I'm a neat freak and I hate cockraches! I was comfortable even giving my daughter a bath. The pool was clean. Not heated bur when you get adjusted it is good. I'm sure during the summer it's lovely. So close to Disney and there was a discount Disney store next door where we got all our shirts and ears. The Minnie mouse ears in the park were 25-50 dollars we paid 10 bucks. The breakfast is really good, we came on biscuit and gravy day and there were omelets and English muffins lots of stuff tasted great. The staff are superb. We will stay here next time
