Really annoying how thin the walls are and that the elevator has a beeping noise every time someone uses it. After 5 am it’s like a constant stream of people waking up, slamming their suitcases down the halls and then ringing the elevator. Won’t be staying here again.

Outstanding is how to describe it. And very reasonable prices. I stay there often. I am very picky. Beautiful rooms, spotless hotel, wonderful staff.

So disappointing. Our keys wouldn't work on our room and we had to go back downstairs to the desk 3 times to fix them, had to change rooms, nothing worked. Walked back downstairs 3 times before a manager was called to finally change rooms again and the cards worked. Took forever. Paid for a king and got a queen. Pillows on the bed were these weird small square things instead of a normal pillow. Bugs on the floor of the bathroom. Live ones. TV was only basic channels and remote didn't work so had to change channels and volume on the TV itself. Also heard a domestic dispute in a room from the hallway and was pretty concerned. Can't think of anything positive about my stay here. Lots of room for opportunity.

Overall it was a great stay. One problem that was not minor was that our rental car got keyed in the parking lot. When I asked for the footage for insurance purposes (which they did have footage) the registration desk referred me to the General Manager, Pat Medina. All I can say is that she does the very bare minimum and gave me tons of attitude when I politely asked her if she could review the footage. Needless to say that even after calling she NEVER followed up. Probably should get rid of her. I'm sure she doesn't do much for morale at work.

Our hotel experience was great and the room was very reasonably priced. We had to wait about 20 minutes to check in but the staff were quick once it came time to get our room key. The room was clean and was just fine for what we needed. The hotel is also very close to Universal Studios and not too far from the Disney parks. We had no trouble getting between the hotel and the parks. I would stay here again.

For the money, this is an excellent hotel to stay at if you’re going to Universal. It’s a 5-10 minute Uber ride to city walk from here. It’s quiet and the rooms are clean. Breakfast was lacking, no hot items, but it was nice to get coffee in the morning. Staff were all very friendly. This is a no-frills hotel and if all you’re going to do is spend the day at Universal and come here to sleep and shower, definitely book a room here. You’ll save a ton of money by doing so.

I do not agree with what others have said about being able to walk to the Universal Portofino hotel and take the water taxi to city walk from this Quality Inn. It is a 20 minute walk across traffic. It was the same amount of time to Uber to Portofino or just Uber to Citywalk and would end up costing the same price. You’re better off just ubering there. It costs about the same amount to Uber to and from the hotel as a day of parking at the parking garage would cost.

Was a decent room for the price. We went on a vacation and was just looking looking a place to basically sleep. Front desk was a little slow but they had computer issues. Not alot to choose from in the lobby for food and very small breakfast choices. Juice machine was not working at the time
Also the gym was close. They do have a small laundry so that was great.

The staff was lovely, but the breakfast is appalling, toast and bagels. I was there 4 days and it didn't improve.will book the Hampton Inn next door from now on. It is a better value considering what you get.

Nothing special, but it was a good budget hotel near Universal Studios. We only stayed from 2: 00am to 6: 30am, so it was very quick.

I had low expectations with this hotel because of the past reviews before our visit but it seems they did more to that expectations. I had 4 kids and everytime we leave in the morning to the parks we leave the place upside down but after a long day and coming back to your room somehow all your tiredness is gone after seeing your room clean with new supplies, i know that is expected of them but their consistency with that aspect is commendable, also their breakfast also consistent and sometimes ready by 6am and sometimes end at 10am not spectacular but enough to get by and also their pool not so much or fancy but the kids enjoyed it and that is all that matters so because of all those things i wish we could stay longer but probably if we will come back to Orlando we will go back to this place. Awesome JOB to all the staff

This is not a 3 star hotel, it is a 1 star hotel. The entire floor smells of mildew and the top sheets on the bed aren't even laundered- i found other people's hair on my covers! I don't trust that anything else in here is clean. I felt like the staff was avoidant, which makes me think these are common complaints. Extra star for location near universal.

Check in was easy but the rest of the stay was horrible. Housekeeping didn't leave us clean towels are specifically requesting them. All they served for breakfast was a basic muffin, juice and a sorry piece of fruit. Summer camps serve better breakfast than this, regardless of there being a pandemic. There were stains on our sheets and.roaches in our bathroom. The manager has not returned my call or give me compensation for these inconveniences. They need to do better.

Honestly, I try my best not to post bad reviews unless necessary. I stayed here for 6 nights and honestly hated it. I was placed on the 4th floor (which typically isn't bad in other hotels) but being in Florida, and the ac would kick off if the room got below 75 and no matter how much you turn it down it won't lower the room, the whole week the room was a hot 80+ degrees. Secondly, they say they have hot breakfast served every day but I check every hour between 5 and 8 am every morning I was there, and there was no such thing. Next, the room space is ridiculously small. I got a 2 queen bed room, there was maybe a foot and a half of space between the foot of the beds and the dressers, maybe 2 feet between the two beds. It is unnecessarily crammed with 2 extra chairs and a table that are basically unusable do to the crowdedness. Lastly, this is opinion based but if you are planning on bringing a console or something of that sort that only has HDMI ports, buy some kind of adapter, the TV's do not have any HDMI ports. Honestly one of my least favorite places I've stayed.

GM apparently gets paid based upon her the attitude she gives.
There is a Clarion down the street, better priced and more hospitable.tried something new, got burned.

We booked this hotel for 5 nights. Literally the very first day they woke us up at 7am with construction. Mind you, we went to sleep at 3am and only got 4 hours of sleep. We tried falling back asleep and ignore the noise in the back ground but you could literally hear it loud and clear right next to our ear, that’s how loud it was. And no it did not last an hour or 2 this was from 7am to the evening. WORST STAY EVER! Nobody told us there would be construction going on when we were checking in the hotel. We were unaware and when we went to the front desk after ignoring it for a day, all she had to say is “we are sorry we can’t do anything about it because it’s construction and it’s gonna be going on around all the hotel and it’s been going on for 2 weeks now, and they’ll be here for a month” WHAT KIND OF COSTUMER SERVICE IS THIS? We took videos and pictures to even show them at the front desk if they would be able to sleep through this loud banging/drilling/chainsaw noise. I’m writing this on our second day staying here and I hope after calling corporate they can figure something out for us because at this point I rather sleep in our car if we can’t get no refund and stay somewhere else. If I could give it zero stars I would. Smh
