Im posting 1 star Because I bought my home from Qaulity homes. It arrived about 2 months ago with and abundance of things wrong with it. Asked them to help me stay on getting the problems fixed they said they would stay on it these problems arrived with trailer before set up. They have not been very helpful or straight forward in this at all. I have called several times to ask for help for them to help with issues and them also knowing we cant secure front door properly. But was also told we couldn’t fix issues are self or would void warranty. I have posted reviews of pictures of problems at hand and they keep removing. I just want the product i paid for this trailer looks worse than some 10 year old trailers. They done other not so cool stuff in the deal. I just want my trailer fixed right. This is like the 6th time my review has been removed would like it to stay until my house is fixed. Then i will remove it. All have had was talk from y’all haven’t showed anything yet this is supposed to be where we post honest reviews of how we have been treated at a buisness. Im not looking to go to BBB or futher unless issues are fixed but I bought the home from yall it your responsibility to make it right point blank.

I just want to say how awesome of an experience we had here. I have heard some pretty horrible experiences people have had at other places. But they made this experience seamless and as smooth as possible. We did have one minor issue but understand better now how the process works and they did everything possible to help us through with communication with the manufacture of our model. If this was a normal purchase for us, we would most Deff be right back! All we can do is recommend to friends and family and we surely will! Thank you Miss Katie for all your assistance through this! You are a great asset to this name!

They like to delete reviews, so maybe I should contact google with the information to prove that this company deserves its bad reviews, not sure how or why googles allowing them to be removed, not an honest or trustworthy company. I will continue to post until the issue is resolved so no point in removing the reviews.

The team there at quality took such good care of my family and I. I love my new home! Highly recommend!

So grateful for the team at Quality Homes. They helped me find the perfect spot and forever home. They communicated throughout our set up and were always willing to help answer questions. Working with Quality Homes was a great experience!

I also had a bad experience with Quality home Samantha did all she can to help me but nothing came through i also put a deposit down toward the closing cost which never took place and when it came time for certain things for the property they gave me the run around When I ask for my deposit the manager there katie Grouts refuse to give it back to me Katie told me that she Don't care who I called. I do know the Lord will take care beware katie at Quality home I will not recommend no one to purchase from there Justice will be served God will take care you better believe it

We found our home at quality and they have been awesome to go though the home buying process with. They have been great with keeping us updated with everything going on so we aren't wondering about anything. They have made what could be stessful so much easier, when he have a question or something that needs to be addressed they are on top of it. I would highly recommend them to anyone looking to buy a home.

I genuinely cannot strong enough words to explain how amazing Samantha and the rest of the Quality Homes team have been to me while purchasing a home through them. Everyone there is hands down amazing, kind, caring, and most importantly, human. I’ve never felt so respected and appreciated as a customer with them. I cannot recommend them enough buy your home here you won’t regret it!

Nice people. They aren't to keen on dealing on the price. Owner makes financing promises he can't keep and isn't informed on companies that finance mobile homes.
