I stopped by to drop off an easy alteration and was handed down a form to fill out with name, adress, phone, email and BIRTH DAY! I refused to provide and she said "then no service". Why on earth would dry cleaners need all this info? That's how identity theft happens.
Thanks, I will take my clothes elsewhere.

I don't usually write a review but I couldn't stay without sharing my experience for this. I was for the first time at this store on Dec 1st. I had an event the very next day and I need it to fix the Zipp of my dress. I met with Laura, an amazing woman, even that they were booked she made it happen to fix my dress and even give a dry clean and it was ready 4 hours before the promis time. I wanted to make sure her boss knew because people like this that go on and beyond are rare and if you are in a service industry Coustomer Servise is the most important and solving your problem is 5 Stars service. Thank you Laura, you are amazing employee and woman! Highly recommended, I am a Coustomer now at this place only because of one person Laura!

She was just so sweet! I needed an alteration done last minute and she stayed open after closing to let me run over and get it on the late delivery truck. Best customer service ever. I will definitely be back.

Laura is a gem Always courteous, friendly, and attentive to your needs. I had. Yellowed 60yr old Christening outfit dry cleaned to near perfection. My granddaughter will carry it on! Thanks

Based on the sign on the door "drop off before 9 am we'll have them ready same day. " I came in for a wash/ dry service, dropped them off at 7am on Tuesday. Came back Wednesday evening and was told that my clothes wouldn't be ready until the following Monday. Very upset at this business, I was forced to buy an entire new wardrobe for my short stay in Tarpon springs because of false advertising. Do not waste your money here (I also thought it was over priced but I'll pay a premium if I have good service, which I did not have).

Laura was Amazing had great customer service skills and was so friendly and made me feel welcomed she helped me with my wedding dress getting cleaned I highly recommend her to everyone who wants to feel welcomed and get great service. Wash and fold no proces no scale and for $56.00 wrinkled clothes I tried a second time and should be called poor quality cleaners plus more poor quality

Quick turnaround time for a few blazers. I also like that they have a pamphlet with all their prices for everything you could want to have cleaned.
