BEWARE!

Check the receipt carefully!
They charge you for drycleaning even if you give shirts for laundry. (the shirt drycleaning they charge is $9.90)
Some shirts they charge you $ 7.50 for laundry and they say that they are branded so higher chrage (dont know what brands are included in this as they dont disclose while dropping off)
They dont even apply coupon though we present it while dropping off the clothes. They Dont honor their advertisement
Have been their customer for almost 10 years-thought will give a chance and so kept going and since last year this has been happening very frequently.
The quality of dry-cleaning and laundry also went down significantly since last year.
Never going back!

After my second visit to Quality Plus Cleaners, I was once again left with mixed feelings. While the customer service was good, the quality of the work fell short of expectations. The staff members were friendly and accommodating; however, upon receiving my garments, I found visible stains, wrinkles, and mishandling of delicate fabrics. Despite their offer to re-clean the items, the initial disappointment was hard to overlook.

In conclusion, the customer service at Quality Plus Cleaners is commendable, but the subpar quality of their work leaves much to be desired. I hope to see improvements in the consistency and thoroughness of their cleaning and pressing processes.

I have been bring my leather here to be cleaned along with other things and they never disappoint. Kaitlyn is very helpful and makes the experience a stressful pleasant errand.

I have an excellent experience with Quality Plus Cleaners. They did quite a good job on my Joker custome. So happy with their quality of work. Kaitlin went above and beyond to get my custome done. Also before promised time. 5 starts. ️

I had an ink pen stain on my satin dress when I got it back. I had an event that evening and had to wear another dress. Customer service was good but overall disappointed with the service, as the money I spent to get it done was wasted.

These guys got the stains out of my white dress no problem! Excellent service and friendly staff too.

Love the friendly and personalized service I get when I drive up here and the rewards for customer loyalty.

Extremely pricey, and we were not notified of the extra charges in advance. We got charged $40 dollars to clean a fleece jacket! Many extra fees that were not disclosed upfront as well. Will not be back.
