Date: Friday, 05.05.2023 - This is C. Griffin, a client of Quantum Medical Supply. I am providing my very pleased gratitude assistance that I was so fortunate to receive from Jaris Goss of Quantum. As a diabetic patient I was very fortunate to have a customer service representative like Jaris who was so understanding and patience in helping me to obtain my CGM Rx refill. I would like to thank Quantum for providing me with such a GREAT CSR as Ms. Jaris.

It took me 5 years to be able to get CGM, most places won't do the work to get them. Quantum helped me get mine 11/2 years ago. For thirty years I had to poke my fingers 4 times daily. My family would come home to me being passed out with blood sugar so low meter wouldn't read it. The system they got me also sends alerts to wife's phone, people at her work know the alarm ring and ask how I'm. Now I know when my sugar is making a big swing in either direction. The staff at Quantum has been so helpful when I have and issue they are on top of it. I will tell anyone about them who will listen, my doctor has given their information to other patience's.

Customer Service is great. They are tactful, helpful in any way that they can, and doesn't stress the patient.

SO happy I came across this company. Having diabetes is hard enough but worrying about how to pay for supplies is worse. My supplies show up every month with out any issues which gives me piece of mind. Thank you Quantum Medical Supply!

At first you sent the wrong item, but I called and you sent the right one right away! Really happy with the quick response.

Quantum mails Dexcom 6 sensors to me every month and a sensor every three months. It has worked like clockwork and has been reliable for getting my supplies on expected delivery dates. Changing of the delivery location when I travel has been reliable, reverts back to my home address without a problem, and certainly reduces the supply worries.

This company is GREAT. I recently had an MRI for back pain. The technician told me to remove all electronic devices. I already stored my phone and Dexcom receiver. However, I forgot about the sensor. When the technician returned to take me back, she ask again about all devices and attachments. It was then I recalled the sensor. I took it off and threw it in the trash. When I got home to insert another sensor, I had no transmitter/battery.recalling what I had done at the MRI facility.

I called Quantum Medical for a replacement. They told me Dexcom wanted about $250 for a replacement. I said I could not afford it and would use my meter and bg strips until the battery transmitter could be replaced in the normal delivery cycle. It's then the company staff fourt for me to get the replacement early. A few days later it arrived. I can't thank Quantum Medical enough for their support.

Very satisfied with Quantum medical supplying my FreeStyle Libre 2 glucose monitoring systems. Always on time. Dependable and reliable. Customer service is excellent. Highly recommend!

The product and services were as advertised and performed well. The only problem was that the smartphone app would not load on my phone. Tech support was unable to resolve the issue. However, the supplied reader/meter works perfectly.

The equipment I receive has saved my life. Good reliable company, delivery timely, get GREAT satisfaction from the company. Customer service is easy and reliable overall.

Quantum helped me get started controlling diabetes and over that last two years have consistently provided the continuous blood sugar monitoring devices that are needed.
