Queen Nail Salon, Cape Coral FL

I called at 5: 30 and they close at 6: 30, they got me right in! The gentleman who did my nails was SO precise and yet timely. He didn’t like the first color of red and went searching for the red I had showed him in my picture for reference. This is the most even shaped set of nails I’ve ever had from a salon. Very polite and clean inside. Just an amazing vibe. Absolutely found my new place!

Went in for a full set of nails completely clueless as what I wanted and Ella was wonderful. She did a excellent job on my nails. She was very gentle nice and engaged in conversation. I got very long lengths and a lot of detail and the price was also good. Best place I found in Cape Coral and will definitely be coming back.

She did good on my pedicure but the hot rocks wasn't hot. I didn't get a manicure. She tried to do my eyelashes twice but I had her take them off both times because they showed my skin underneath & was uneven. I still paid Her for them because of her time & she was very patient with Me & nice. I got my eyebrows done but they really weren't what i expected either.

Make sure you ask them to clean their supplies before doing your nails because they didn’t with me and I got mold under my nails. They also won’t refund you even if you call them out for using dirty tools so maybe just go somewhere else.

My fiancé and I came here to get her nails done. They did not clean the tools before doing her nails which caused mold to grow under the polish. She went to a different salon 2-3 weeks later as her nails have grown out and they found mold. Her nail salon told her it is because this salon did not clean their tools. Unfortunately queen nail salon does not own up to their wrong doings and they blamed my fiancé for the issue. She refuses to go back to this salon as she got the issue fixed elsewhere. This has never been an issue until we came here. Would never recommend this place to anyone.

They did a nice job. The pedi w/hotrocks was very nice and they took their time. I am going back.

I've been going to Benny for almost 3 years. I returned to get my nails done today like I always do and to my surprise Benny was not there but I went ahead and got my nails done today anyways. I asked the lady for a new set so you wouldn't be able to see the pink and blue from my last set. She proceeded to tell me it would be fine you wouldn't be able to see the pink and blue when she was done. Well here I am at work not even 3 hours after I left the shop and the gel is already peeling and they look god awful.

Great place very clean chill vibe. 3 younger nail techs so that’s a plus. I’ve walked in twice it’s conveniently located on del prado both times not disappointed.

Benny was my tech for 2 years.i when to my regular appt today, and they were different people.first the guy didn’t know what he was doing.he was shaking.the shape that he did was horrible, and i can still see the old color of my nail.he put to much powder.then he did my toes.horrible to.never coming back to this place.is not the same with out benny and lilly

Ben was very nice took me as a walk in and gave a great pedicure thanks again I will be back

Benny is one of the most talented nail artists i have come across. They are very friendly and welcoming. Had a great experience and will be using them moving forward!

No I was kicked out for asking them to simply change the tip they were using on my nail due to the research I have made about the difference in tips and they out of pure hate and race schism refuse to serve me and told me to leave. I wouldn’t recommend this place to anybody especially if you’re not trying to waste your time and you want to get good customer service.

I love Queen Nails! Ben & Lilly are always friendly and do a very professional job in doing hard jell or acrylic nails. I have been going to them since the first couple weeks they opened!

I say this with NO exaggeration. They are immaculate, and always do an impeccable job. Their goal is to make sure you're relaxed. They sculpt the nail shape so wonderfully. They are precise. They are by far, absolutely amazing.

I love how great my nails always look. They are good people and I am enjoying getting to know them better.
