TOO BAD, I have appoitment to get routine blood work at 10: 10 4/4/23, but until 11: 00 still waiting, so I must leave, go back to work.
VERY Dissapointed

Is there a minus 1 Star? Left work early for my 12: 00 appt. ; checked in online as soon as I arrived into the parking lot that GPS directed me, couldn't find their suite as it was on the opposite side of the building from where GPS took me. Tried to call for directions, no human answer. Walked in 5 minutes after my check-in and they had already taken my name off the list. No reception desk, no one to see when I walked in the door. 20 people waiting. Couldn't talk to anyone except a very rude woman that poked her head out who told me they would get to me when they could regardless of my appt time. At 12: 30 I had to go back to work without being seen. Thanks a lot Quest.

This was my first time there and I had an appointment I recommend if you go there get appointment for us they almost right on time

My dad had blood work done this morning at 11: 00 apt. We got right in and was hosted by Ryan. He was very friendly and a wealth of great information. He is a compassionate man. My dad has trouble with people that he does not know, I think it's because of his alhimers. Ryan had him laughing and chatting. Thank you so much, Ryan, for a very pleasant visit. We hope to see you next time.

Like everyone else out there, I hate getting blood drawn. It’s painful, messy, and normally takes more than one attempt. Not with JENNIFER. SHE WAS DRAWING THE FIRST TUBE BEFORE I EVEN KNEW THAT SHE HAD STUCK ME.

I always make the appointment online and go there for it but they also take walk ins. Everyone is very kind. Easy to park. And I can access my results online. Great service. Thanks.

Great experiences with this quest location. They keep pretty tight to the schedule and the staff is awesome.

Pack a lunch, even with an appointment. Everyone is kind, but they are slow, very slow. I waited 4 hours.

Waited over an hour to drop off a collection. Took less that two minutes to take care of it.
Poorly run office.

I was a little nervous with all the reviews but I decided to pick this location and personally I had a great experience. I was pretty much in and out, I was really nervous but the lady was nice and talked to me through out which made me feel good.

Had an appointment and waited over an hour to be called back, when I did get called back the lady was unprofessional as in the gloves she put on she touched the computer along with other things and didn't put a new clean pair of gloves on before drawing my blood. Wouldn't recommend this place.

Did not bring me to the back to talk about testing, did it right there at the kiosk. Loudly told the entire waiting room what type of testing I’m having & the materials needed. No privacy at all.

I made an appointment for 11: 20 am. I arrived at 11. I wasn't called back until 12: 30 pm. What is the point of an appointment if they overschedule and don't adhere to it. If they don't have enough staff reschedule. I had to leave work for what should have been 15 minutes. Instead I was gone for almost 2 hours. That is unacceptable

Well organized. Must wear face mask to enter. Security guard at the door and also wipes down check-in kiosks. Make appointment online, they sent you appt reminders, link to change appt if needed, and check-in on your phone when you arrive 10 minutes prior to appt time. I was called back quickly and tech was great. In and out fast. I received email that night that test results were available on their website, and logged in the next morning to download. Very pleased with this location and quick turn-around.

I went in to get some routine blood work. There were a lot of folks in the waiting room so I opted to set up an appointment for an hour later. I did that, got a text immediately and another one that said for me to check in when I got back for the appointment. When I checked in almost an hour later it said there was no appointment. The young gal at the door was super helpful, she got Jonathan who took me back as it was already my appointment time and it was probably just some glitch in the system. Jonathan was Professional and thoughtfully took care of the issue.
PS even though I have been to this same location numerous times, there was no evidence of me in the system so he had to re-enter all of my information. I am grateful that the technicians who work there are always personable and efficient.

Love that you can make your appointment, fill out paperwork and check in on your phone before ever setting foot inside.

Staff was great - both friendly and skilled. It's a challenge to draw my blood, and not only did they do a great job, they actually listened to me!

Above and beyond service for my special needs son. Truly made an extra effort to make sure he was comfortable (as well as myself) and did an absolutely outstanding job. Thank you so much I really am so thankful as a mom as getting blood drawn has always been difficult for my son.
Also front office person who helped in the waiting room was very kind and helpful as well.

We had such a great experience at this location! Sandra was incredible with both of our young sons. We will be back!
