17Best visit for blood work ever, and due to a few medical issues I go a lot! Check in is very easy via text when you arrive, then they called me in with in 3 minutes, and last but most importantly Traniesha painlessly and efficiently took my blood, she is a pro! Thank you.
Check in suppose to be simple and direct. Every time I visit aleays an issue. Going back to Lab Corp.
This low staff excuse is tiring. You should just close down. This is a lazy, work ethic. The aditude needs to be checked as well. This never use to be like, this. Quest Diagnostic sucks.
Had a appointment they still haven’t took me in and I got there at 2: 50 before closing absolutely terrible experience won’t go there at all
I checked in using their kiosk twice. Finally when someone came out I asked why the page doesn't load she said is the insurance card. Duhhhh why you ask for it. ANNOYED!
The people that work there can only be described as hateful and unfriendly. The whole experience going to this quest is confusing because it is such a quick interaction but that interaction is full of the most unwelcoming experiences from a place that deals with consumers on a daily bases. If you try to interact with someone there in a friendly manner it's like they don't know what to do with it.

Today right on time they call me. My technician was very kind and pro. A+.
The place can use a deep cleaning and something to make it appear friendlier like some art on the walls or something, but nonetheless, this is my go to location.
They take walk-ins and they are fast and efficient! I'm typically a hard stick and they get me in and out everytime. Great staff, but they need to smile more. Whatever it is we the people didn't do it
They are rude & completely ignore walk-ins! Despite waiting 45 minutes, they continued to call those with appts at least 10 minutes earlier than the appt time regardless that the walk-in was waiting! When asked about it they said appts are always 1st!
Had a great experience, I am an extremely hard stick so i have avoided getting lab work for some time. But the phlebotomist i got was amazing and very patient and thorough trying to look for the best nonexistent veins to draw from. And the very first stick which was done so delicately i was stunned. Her name was Dayami, definitely very experienced and considerate.
What place in 2022 still requires a mask and doesn’t have one available is beyond me. A lab with no spare masks? Concerning.
No staff working in lobby. Waiting room was packed full. Had an appointment and still waited nearly an hour. Phlebotomist seemed tired and not very friendly. Jabbed the needle in my arm so hard I jumped. Now I have a bruise. I should have read the reviews for this location. Have gone to St Pete location in past and had a pleasant experience.
Voice message on any selected option. Can't speak to a human. Web page wants me to go to next town. Ask I want is find out if they my ins and make appointment.impossible.f this
Quest is a large corporation, however their reservation system is awful. Why can't I make a reservation online? Also when I call in for a reservation I have to be go throw about 10 minutes of announcements that don't concern me. They need to have an online appointment system and it should also include a place I can lookup when my reservation is.
No front desk to even be able to ask a question! I walked in because I wasn’t able to get a human when I called. When you walk in there are only tablets to do an appointment. I needed a question answered and no one is available
Drove 35 min to be turned down for a pre employment drug test because I didn’t have a mask. Asked guy if I could have a mask and told me he has them but can’t give me one. Worst quest ever.
Said they take walk-ins and when I got there, their kiosk said there was no availability. Drove over to the nearby Labcorp and I was out in 20 minutes. I gave Quest Diagnostics a chance after many scheduling issues and inaccurate results only because my provider recommended them. Looks like nothing has changed.
