If I was able to give this location zero stars I would. I have been so excited waiting for my test results to find out news about my baby and the gender only to find out two weeks later that they NEVER tested me for it. The order is just sitting in the system. I came in and waited forever and then when I finally saw someone she rushed me out of there and clearly neglected to check ALL the orders. I’m getting married next week and now I won’t be able to share in that joy for my friends and family to reveal the gender bc of quests incompetence. GO ELSEWHERE

I wish someone would pay attention to these reviews. I'm so embarrassed that I spoke so highly of this location. Unaccaptable wait time! My mom had a scheduled appointment twice in the last 2 months. Both times she had to wait for 1 1/2 hour in the entryway not the lobby because it was so crowded. If the staff can't handle the load then they shouldn't allow so many patients to be scheduled.

They way over book appointments. So you'll wait an hour even with one. Then they will mess up your order. And or misunderstand your order. Find somewhere else to go. Very disorganized.

I walked out after an hour and a half of waiting WITH AN APPOINTMENT. The employees didn't know what they were doing. People were complaining all over about their wait times too. This office is a joke. Don't go here. Appointments mean nothing either.

They never have any appointments for mornings available and their walk in is terribly long wait. Not ideal for patients who are fasting overnight and they offer you a 3pm? For anyone who needs routine testing it feels like you need to schedule a appt months advance prior to your dr actually ordering the labs.

I made an appointment over their automated phone system but when I got to my appointment they didn’t have me down. I was there for my glucose test and I’m 7 months pregnant. I had been fasting for this test and they told me because they couldn’t find my appointment it could be up to a 4 hour wait on top of the 3 hour test. I tried to see if they wanted me to call my doctor to help them understand the situation and they were so rude. There was no compassion or understanding for the situation. I came out of the office sobbing for how I was treated.

Understand need for appointments but need done quickly for Dr appointment tomorrow.
I have waited almost 2 hours now and still waiting while waiting is practically empty.
Heritage harbor doesn’t make appointments and I never have to wait like this but they are not in primary care doctors system.
This is ridiculous!

Recovering from surgery was less painful than dropping-off at Quest. Be prepared to spend your whole day here.

I have blood work done several times a year and technicians always tell me how hard it is at times to locate a good vein to draw blood. Quite often, technicians (from other facilities) can’t locate my veins on the first try. However, the technician at this Quest was able to draw blood on the first try!

In addition, I was able to make a same day appointment. Even better, they took me ahead of schedule.

I would like to start out by saying that I use quest because they have always been good to me. My experience today was less than stellar. I was sent to get labs by my surgeon who needed vital hormone levels after a surgery. I quickly went online and booked the first available appt which was 13: 40. We were on our way. I walked in and did the check in via kiosk. A few people came in after myself and were seated. I went online to see if an earlier apt was available. I saw one for 13: 10 so I updated my time. I spoke to a lovely girl at the front window who stated she saw that my appointment was updated and they had me as arrived. A woman tech came to the door and was calling the names of patients. I sat down with my husband and waited. Everyone who came in after me had gone back. I made a jester with my hand while I was speaking to my husband that everyone else had gone back even though I had been there. The tech got every offended that I made this jester. She asked if I had an appointment and I stated yes at 13: 10. She went to the back and came backand told me my appointment was at 13: 40. I Had just had my thyroid removed so my voice is very minimal. I tried to explain that I had updated my appointment time and even spoke with the young lady behind the counter. She interrupted and told me NO MY APPOINTMENT WAS 13: 40! I told her no ma'am, I had updated my appointment time to 13: 10. Again, she aggressively tells me "NO YOUR APPOINTMENT Time IS 13: 40. IT DOESN'T MATTER IF YOU SHOW UP EARLY your time is still the same. At this point it appears evident that she just doesn't want to hear me. She takes the patient back that she had called and my tech comes to the door and takes me back. I stopped and asked the name of the lady, she overheard my request for her name. She then tells me name was ROSA.and I guess feels as though I am not competent enough to know the name Rosa because she then phenetiically started to spell Rosa. I have a very fresh wound on my neck with sterri strips, I am almost 50, years old and work in Corp America. I am unsure why she would even assume I wouldn't not understand the name Rosa. No matter what I didn't deserve that. She was incredibly combative and confrontational. I am really unsure what caused any of this except that my arm gesture in a conversation between myself and my husband. She told me that there was no reason for jestures and hand and arm waving. I was not being impatient or upset. It was just a conversation between my husband and myself about how I was last to be called and jestures work the easiest when you cannot speak.
My tech Cecil was equite! A true gem! He was efficient, kind, precise and gave me the humanity I needed. Every tech should treat their patients like he treated me.

Waited 1.5 hours past my appointment time. When I asked if they were going to take me, she got nasty, and complained about staffing. Then they started taking people with appointments after my time. I asked again, she gave me a nasty look, and walked away. So I walked out. I will find another place to get blood work.

Tammy is awesome! Labwork can be challenging/stressful for me and she made it a MUCH less stressful experience overall. It would behoove your organization to have other local labs trained to follow her lead. This location and others locally would probably get much better reviews!

They take walk in but is so crowded as they have no staff available for the demand. I've waited for two hours on the waiting room and all I heard from one of the staff members was that "That was your choice". In the mean time there are people getting in way later than I have done and they got to do their tests without having a appointment.
That's the worse experience I have had

So this location is difficult. I have been twice, and it truly depends on who you get. First time I went horrible experience. My telehealth doctor ordered labs and I went with the order in hand and the tech wouldn’t accept it. I had it printed off from the providers portal. The technician said it had to be faxed or emailed. So I said fine I will email it. Went to the app and fwd the order from my portal. Reception was poor I asked for Wi-Fi info and she told me you will have to step outside for a moment. Sure no problem…. Step out the door literally 10 steps boom went through. I turned around went right back in the woman said no you’ll have to sign back in I am taking another patient. (rude, but I get it the waiting room was packed) so I try to use the kiosk but it won’t let me sign back in. I ask someone for help (turned out it was the supervisor that day) she told the technician to just take me back after they finished with the pt they were helping at that moment. I am guessing that she was put off by this because she was even more rude calling me in and then gave me guff about the lab order saying she we never accept the order this way again. She complained about the way the doctor wrote it. Then she blew out the vein going way too deep, then wiggling back and forth trying to get me to bleed into the vial. Then she backed the needle out until blood entered the vial. Now, I am not a phlebotomist or a nurse by any means but I was trained while I was in the military to give an IV. She left me with a huge bruise. My labs come back, needless to say, doctors order more. They don’t have walk-in availability. …You will wait a long time. This being said I was very pleasantly surprised and impressed by the candor and approach by this technician. He was extremely polite kind and very professional. He thanked me for my service and shared amongst other things that he too was a veteran. I wish they would allow you to pick your technician when you make your appointments but truly I hope is influence spreads to the other technicians because the other one needs some serious help or retraining.
