Lab Tech never returned my insurance card had to drive back when I got there they don't have it and told me I can go through the trash if I want. I'm an easy going customer treated like trash.

Took wife there for blood draw, her inner arm is bruised up. First time in 60 years she ever had brusing.
Qwest needs to have outside agency to perform drug and alcohol test on their technicians.

What's the point in scheduling an appointment if they let 20 people sign up for the same time and only call 2 people back at a time? Absolutely terrible business. I will not be back.

I had a very positive experience last week. I had an appointmeûnt for 11: 10. I found myself free at 8 am so I stopped by to see if they were busy. I checked in as a walk-in and they literally took me in 5 minutes. The phlebotomist, Eyvate was very experienced, professional and personable. I realize the timing was just luck, but it was a great start to my day.

Little tip to get in faster: click on the link they text you to check in once you arrive about 15 minutes before you actually do arrive. Sitting here for 25 minutes and people who arrived after me are getting in before me, even though we have same appointment time.

Showed up at 250pm for my scheduled appointment and the doors were locked with people with scrubs leaving. Went to the Walmart walk in place at Walmart 1.6 miles away, checked in, and waited from 3-345pm for them to kick me out of the lobby and tell me they weren’t taking anymore patients. I am 9.5 months pregnant on crutches! I was not the only patient that experienced this either it was me and another gentleman.

Nobody ever wants to get blood drawn. Today was a great experience. Check in machine wasn't working, and they still got everyone in and out quickly.

So I've been sitting at quest diagnostics since10: 00 a.m. Waiting for a blood test as a walk-in. I couldn't wait anymore now that it's almost 1: 00 p.m. It was a fasting blood test and I was dizzy after waiting for 3 hours. The workers didn't grab people every 15 mins like they said they were. And there were times it was just me and another person and no one was grabbed. They all sat in the van giggling and talking. Not impressed. Well never go there again.

Everyone is always nice and professional. I was a walk in and was seen to quickly. Every visit to this location has been a positive experience.

Was there today with my 3yr old for fasting labs without an appointment.staff was very helpful in checking us in.very courteous.got him in quickly and was excellent with the blood draw.

They changed their policy to appointment only. It has been this way for some time. It appears there is no use in setting an appointment as it appears they still take walkins, and it is first come, first served. Useless requirements and very unprofessional. All this is from a diagnostic center that is the only preferred diagnostic center for most major insurance. I guess greed overpowers professionalism? Of course it could be not enough techs? I just wonder if they reimburse cancel/reschedule fee some doctors charge when you have to cancel or reschedule a doctors appointment because the doctors have to have your blood work done a week in advance? All this is aside from the fact my wife's appointment was set aroung noon and she has had to fast since 9 pm the previous night. The running of this particular location seems very poor. People are canceling and walking out due to the poor management of scheduling. BCBS of Florida, please partner with someone else!

I walked in to have my son bloodwork done for an upcoming Dr.appointment. I did not have a scheduled appointment for his labwork. The young lady in the front lobby was awesome and helped us check in. She found an available appointment for 9: 30am it was 8: 44. At 09: 10 a.m, my son was called back to have his blood drawn. The phlebotomist name was Christy, and she was amazing at her job! We were walking out by 09: 17 a.m.
The staff was friendly and helpful.

I got in at 10: 54 AM and my appointment for blood work didn’t start till 1: 31pm and I waited 4 to 5 minutes for it to begin and let me tell you it’s the longest wait of my life I would hope to not go through that again next time

I took my mom to Quest and she walk in around 9: 45am and they didn't take her in around 12: 45pm that 3 hours waiting for check in. My mom couldn't get appointment before her DR.appointment next two days because couldn't get appointment like 3 or 4 days to get blood work at Quest. So she had to walk-in. Quest need to work their check in system. Not have someone wait 2 or 3 hours or more. This worst walk-in to wait 2-3 hours.

I will start by saying once they get you back, The nurses are very good and professional. They should not advertise as a walk-in facility. The wait time is ridiculous if you’re having to fast before a blood draw, do not go there.

This location is horrible. My elderly mother 76 years old (diabetic), had an appointment for 9am this morning. She arrived at 0830am. They told her she didn’t have an appointment and I know she did because I made it for her. They made her check in as a walk-in. Fast forward to 12: 15 pm almost 4 hours later. She finally tells them she needs to be seen because her blood sugar is going to crash. They finally see her and told her not to ever wait longer than 30 minutes before telling someone. This isn’t the first time she has waited over 3 hours with an appointment but it will be the last. What kind of management just leaves elderly people sitting in a waiting room all day? I work in Healthcare and I understand staffing issues more than anyone but this is unacceptable! Someone is going to literally die sitting in the waiting room because of the incompetence of this office! Shame on you! Do better!
